Uniform FAQ s Chris Hastings Vice President There is a new Uniform Vendor: EMBROIDERY CREATIONS: 80 Nashua Road, Building C. The entrance road is located directly across from the entrance to the Londonderry Benson s Store All Players in the U9 through U15 Programs are required to wear a LYLA Uniform for play. LYLA does not provide this uniform. It must be purchased separately via our Website, or in person at Embroidery Creations. If you have a uniform from last year, you are NOT required to buy a new one, regardless of whether you are a boy or a girl. The Girls Uniform is NOT changing. The Boys Uniform IS changing. It is a better quality uniform. New Players and any current players wanting/ needing a new uniform will be purchasing the new uniform style. As in the past, only the uniform top is required for play. Shorts are optional for both boys and girls. Orders MUST be placed by March 09, 2012!! 2/22/2012 6
Overview of Spring Program Chris Hastings, Vice President Season Runs March- June Indoor Practices Outdoor Practices West RD Parking Lots Fields (when available) Preseason Turf Games UNH & Seacoast in Epping NH 3 practices per week, U9 2 Practices Each practice usually 1.5 hours 10-15 regular season games. Registrations and Fees Chris Hastings, Vice President Winter Skills and Drills Full 4 sessions - $45 per player Pay as you go - $15 per player, per session Spring Program (team building plus outdoor) $135 for the 1 st child $125 for the 2 nd child $90 for the 3 rd child Family max of $350 Late fee: $25 (if register after 2/28 registration deadline) $50 U7 Little Laxers Registration fees cover: Balls, team goalie equipment, insurance, referee fees, training for coaches, preseason games, indoor time at SportsZone, Tournaments and turf field costs, and end of year celebration. Fundraisers: LYLA relies on fundraisers to help reduce registration fees, since registration fees are not enough to cover the overall expenses. LYLA policy: Financial need should never affect a child s ability to play lacrosse.
