PARTICIPANTS The camp is limited to a maximum of 2 coaches and 10 gymnasts per federation. We expect approximately 100 participants, organised in several workgroups. AGE OF THE ATHLETES Only gymnasts aged 11 to 17 years can participate. VENUE The camp will be held from 2 nd to 8 th July 2017 in Cesenatico, ITA at: Accademia Acrobatica Viale Cristoforo Colombo n 35 47042 CESENATICO - FC- (ITA) Tel: +39 0547-84935 ARRIVAL DEPARTURE Arrival on Sunday 2 nd July 2017 in the morning. Training on the day of arrival is already possible. Departure on Saturday, 8 th July 2017. If needed, transfer from the airport in Rimini can be arranged for 12 Euro/person for one way (only for groups of at least 5 persons; for smaller delegations kindly contact the OC). Transfer from the airport in Bologna can be arranged for 15 Euro/person for one-way (only for groups of at least 20 persons; for smaller delegations kindly contact the OC). Please send your travel details by 6 th June 2017 to the Accademia Acrobatica.
ACCIDENT AND HEALTH INSURANCE All participants must have a certificate proving that they have a health and accident insurance, which has to be sent to the UEG office with the nominative entry form. If a valid certificate is not presented, the gymnast/coach will not be authorised to participate in the training camp. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COACHES As most of the gymnasts participating in the training camps are still minor, it is important to us to underline that the coach accompanying the gymnasts has to take care of the welfare and security of the gymnasts. PARTICIPATION FEE EURO 400.- per participant. Accommodation and full board are included. 50% of the registration must be paid by the date of definitive entry May 4 th, 2017. The remaining 50% of the registration must be paid by June 6 th, 2017.
