Savanna's River City Reader Page 3 Big Meadows Highlights Boy, Oh Boy! On Friday, March 27, 2015 the Big Meadows Employee Committee threw a baby shower for CNA s Samantha Yenney (left), Ashly Bourette (right) and sons Kya (3 months old) and Aiden (5 months old). The middle picture is Terry Mattison holding Kya and the picture to the right is baby Aiden sitting on Dorothy Yates lap. We all enjoyed cake while the moms opened gifts. We had beautiful weather and a great turn out for our annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 4, 2015. We had over 10,000 eggs, 5 age groups sectioned off, and a visit from the Easter Bunny.

Savanna's River City Reader Page 4 On Friday, April 17, 2015 some ladies from the Trinity Lutheran Church in Lanark donated these beautiful quilts to our residents at Big Meadows. Thank you! Pictured with the quilts are from left to right: Cathy Stasch, Bernadine Tenley, Janet Schreiner, and Ida Hebeler. We love when Furry Friends Petting Zoo visits us at Big Meadows! They were here Wednesday, April 22, 2015 with animals for us to pet, hold, and see. Pictured to the right is Ida Hebeler with a duck and below left to right are Janet Schreiner holding a cat (her favorite!), Zonia Ryniewicz with a couple birds on her arm and JoAnn Perez holding a rat.
