Eligible Participants must enter their username and password each time they access the Tipping Competition section on the Website. 3.5 Once the Registration Process has been completed, Eligible Participants will receive their personalised home page, where they are required to: Submit their tips each week in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and If they are invited to join a Mini League enter the appropriate details to join that Mini League. 3.6 For the purposes of the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, Eligible Participants who have successfully completed the Registration Process will be referred to as Player(s). 4. Mini League 4.1 A Mini League is a mini competition within the overall Promotion where friends, family and colleagues can set up there own individual competition and compete against each other. 2

4.2 Players in the Mini League will score points as detailed in these Terms and Conditions. 4.3 Mini Leagues can be joined in one of two ways: A Player can use the Mini League page on the Website to create and name a Mini League that other Players can be invited to join. The Player will be included in that Mini League. Players invited by another Player to join a Mini League will receive an invitation via email with a link to the registration page on the Website. Once they have completed the Registration Process, will be automatically added to that Mini League. A Player can accept an invitation from another Player to join their Mini League using a syndicate code that will be sent to them. 5. Entering tips 5.1 Tipping Weeks The Promotion will contain 23 separate weeks for submitting tips (each a Tipping Week(s)) corresponding to the 23 weeks of matches of the 2012 AFL home and away season, excluding any finals matches (known as the Regular Season). 5.2 Weekly Tipping Players must select both: the winning team for each match in a Tipping Week before the Deadline (see clause below for definition of Deadline ) for the Tipping Week in question; and the difference between the final scores (the Margin) of their tipped winning team and the other team playing the nominated match (known as the Margin Match) in the free text box next to that match before the Deadline for the Tipping Week in question. The Margin will be used as a tie-breaker should more than one Player be ranked equally based on Correct Tips. The cumulative Margin Score for a Player is the total of all Margin Scores awarded for that Player for all completed Tipping Weeks to date. The lowest Margin Score / cumulative Margin Score is ranked highest. The Margin Score is calculated for each Tipping Week based on the difference between the submitted Margin and the actual result. For example, if a Player tips a team to win by a Margin of 10 points and the actual result is a win by 5 points, the Margin Score awarded will be 5 points. However, if a team is tipped to win by a Margin of 10 3

points and the team loses by 5 points, the Margin Score awarded is 15 points. 5.3 Tipping Week Deadline (c) 6. Scoring The weeks of matches for the Regular Season are set out on Tipping pages of the Website. Any postponed, rescheduled or delayed matches will have their match times updated during the season to become part of the next appropriate Tipping Week in which the match will be played. The deadline for each Tipping Week (the Deadline) will be specified on the "My Tips" page on the Competition Website. Unless otherwise specified, Players can enter their tip for a match up to the start of that match in every Tipping Week. Where tips are being entered directly into the Website by a Player, tips can be submitted or changed up until the start of each match. 6.1 Players will be awarded points in each Tipping Week based on the selections they have made as follows: Stat Description Correct Tip Incorrect tip Drawn Match Bonus for correctly tipping ALL winners in a Tipping Week Non-submission of tips for any given match or Tipping Week Points Awarded The number of points awarded will be equal to the dollar value of the final TAB Sportsbet fixed odds price at kick off. E.g. if the team selected was priced at $2.45, the Player would receive 2.45 points 0 points The number of points awarded to all Players will be equal to the dollar value of the final TAB Sportsbet fixed odds price at kick off of the lower price team. E.g. if the two teams were priced at $1.50 and $1.80 respectively, the Player would receive 1.50 points 5 points For each match that is not selected, the Player will be taken to have selected the team with the lower TAB Sportsbet fixed odds price, calculated as at kick off Player has not submitted any tips for any of the matches in the Tipping Week: The Player will be 4

awarded points (up to a maximum of five (5) points per Tipping Week) for correct selections (based on the selections awarded to the Player in accordance with this clause) Correct Margin Bonus Non-submission of Margin prediction Player has not submitted tips for some matches in a Tipping Week: Where selections awarded to the Player in accordance with this section result in a correct tip, the Player will only be awarded points up until that Player has received five (5) points for the relevant Tipping Week (taking into account all of the Player s selections for the Tipping Week) There is no points bonus for correctly picking the Margin. The Margin is only relevant in the event of a tie-breaker The average Margin Score for the Tipping Week amongst all other Players who selected a margin score will be awarded (the Average Margin Score ). The average is based on all Margin Scores recorded from all Players in that Tipping Week 7. Prizes For entries received after the first Tipping Week has been completed, Players will be awarded a score for each Tipping Week missed. The score a Player receives for each Tipping Week missed will be calculated in accordance with the Non-submission of tips for any given match or Tipping Week and Nonsubmission of Margin prediction formulas set out above. 7.1 General All prizes awarded in this Promotion are, where relevant, to be collectively referred to as "Prizes". 7.2 Overall AFL Tipping Competition Prizes Prize Determinations (i) At the completion of the Regular Season, the Player with the overall highest number of total points in the AFL Tipping Competition will be deemed the "Major Prize Winner".
