Tournament info Location: Belgrade, Serbia Dates: April 17 th, 18 th and 19 th 2015. Teams: 8-10 men s teams (all teams have to have minimum of 12 players on the roster, 10 players + 2 subs ) Field: Full size artificial turf field, home field of FC BASK licensed by FIFA. Games/Regulations: All games will be played on a full size field 2x20min Games for 3 rd and 1 st place will be played in 12min quarters There will be two groups A & B (each team plays all the other teams from their group, and the second part of competition will be announced before the tournament-depending on the number of teams) Ranking: Win is worth 3pts, tie 1pts, loss 0pts, if the teams from the same group are tied in points the teams will be ranked by goal difference. Players are allowed to play for one team only. Breaking this rule will cause the team to be disqualified from the tournament. If you are coming by yourself please contact us so that we can find a spot for you on one of the teams, if necessary we may also form a mix team. Tournament agenda: Friday 17 th Arrival of the players in the morning, First game starts at noon (each team will play 2 games) Saturday 18 th Games will be played from 9 24 (each team will play 2 games), party Sunday 19 th final games for 5 th, 3 rd and 1 st place * Please understand that the exact times may vary, and they will be fixed one week before the tournament. Fees All inclusive package (Including accommodation, food and players entrance fee) Accommodation that we have in our offer is a newly built 3* ANNEX located underneath the FC BASK stadium s spectator s stands. There are double and triple bed rooms available. Each room has its own bathroom, dresser, TV, AC, Wi-Fi. ANNEX has a highly secured parking lot for buses and cars, it is located next to the 4* Hotel Prestige, and it is surrounded by other sporting facilities as well. Restaurant is located in a 4* Hotel Prestige, and six meals are included in the fee. All inclusive package includes: Two nights at 3* rooms next to the field (each room has its own bathroom, dresser, TV, AC, Wi-Fi) Six meals at the Prestige Hotel Restaurant **** (Friday: dinner, Saturday: breakfast, lunch and dinner, Sunday breakfast and lunch) Player entrance fee (changing rooms, referees, water on field, doctor) Tournament t-shirt Payments vary due the deadlines: by January 31 st February 1 st 28 th from March 1 st 80 Euros per player 85 Euros per player 90 Euros per player * Keep in mind that the number of beds is limited, so make sure you reserve yours on time!

Payment instructions All teams/players have few options for paying: All inclusive package Teams can choose to pay all at once, or in two payments. Fees depend from the deadlines, so make sure to pay the right amount of money. For two payments, first part of the fee has to be paid for minimum 10 players through the bank account, while the rest can be paid in cash upon arrival in Belgrade. Charges for the second part per player will stay the same as in the first part of the payment - according to the date when first payment was made. For example, if a team has 15 players, and they are paying on December 15 th, they will have to pay 800 euros through the bank, and upon arrival in Belgrade they will pay for the remaining five players 400 euros in cash (5x80). If paying one month later, because of the different charging deadlines, they will have to pay 850 euros through bank and 425 euros in cash (5x85) upon arrival. Individual players that are coming without a team, have to pay the whole fee through the bank according to the deadline table. If paying upon arrival they will have to pay the full fee in cash (90 euros) because of the deadline. Basic package Teams can only pay the whole fee, and it can only be paid through the bank. Fees depend from the deadlines, so make sure to pay the right amount of money. Teams can t pay upon arrival in Belgrade. Individual players that are coming without a team have to pay the whole fee through the bank according to the deadline table, or they can pay the full fee in cash (50 euros) upon arrival in Belgrade.
