RECREATION DESCRIPTIONS AND CHARGES All recreational requests need to be made at least two weeks in advance through your event coordinator. Last minute requests may be accommodated (but are not guaranteed) and may include additional charges. All participants must submit a Shocco Springs Waiver and Release form at time of check in. ADVENTURE RECREATION (To enhance safety and quality, all recreation activities are available based on the availability of trained recreation staff.) Adventure Race: Think of it as Team 101 on fast forward. If you have a large group that wants to experience teamwork and team play in an extremely fast-paced scenario, Adventure Race is the way to go! It s a great combination of adventure challenges and racing against time. $10.00 per person 2 hours We ask groups to provide a capable leader for every ten participants to help monitor the challenge venues 10 to 200 people (subject to staff availability) Ages 10 and up Available all year, in daylight hours Depending on the group size, most of the challenges can be done in the RAC if inclement weather is an issue. Challenge Course (Low Ropes): The Low Ropes Course is a great way to help your team get to know each other, build confidence and trust, and encourage learning about many aspects of life. None of these elements exceed 12 heights. We have a variety of different challenges to meet the different physical abilities of many groups. $12.00 per person for up to 3 hours 10 person minimum Groups over 40 people need to make special scheduling and program design arrangements with the Recreation Office. Available all year, in daylight hours Additional hours are $5.00 per person per hour For ages 12 and up Participants should wear closed toe shoes and clothing appropriate for climbing and other various ranges of motion. Challenge Course (High Ropes): The High Ropes Course is a series of challenges ranging from 25-45 feet above the ground. The challenges available include climbing, high wire traverses, giant swing, and the zip line. This amazing series of activities will stretch your team to new levels of personal confidence and group unity. $10.00 per person for 1 hour sampler (sampler includes zip line, giant swing and climbing wall) Participants will have the opportunity to do up to two activities. (Ages 6 and up) $18.00 per person for 3 hours (Ages 12 and up) $60.00 for one, one hour activity (choose from zip line, giant swing or climbing wall) 10 person minimum/ 35 maximum Groups over 35 people will require multiple sessions Available all year, both day and night Participants should wear closed toe shoes and clothing appropriate for climbing and other various ranges of motion.

Building Challenge: Often emergencies happen and teams have to rally together to come up with solutions for difficult problems. Testing your brainstorming and teamwork skills, your team will be given a situation which they must overcome by building a solution to the problem. Building Challenge is great for groups of various sizes. You will be placed in teams of 4-8 people. Promotes critical thinking, planning, communication, collaboration etc. Build-a-Boat: teams design, plan, build, and enter their boats into a race (note that participants will get wet) Available from April to October Build-a-Bridge: teams plan, build, and cross a bridge of their own making Available all year $10 per person (10 person minimum/50 person maximum) Activity will last up to 2 hours Ages 10 and up Indoor Climbing Challenges: Our 24 indoor Rock Wall, Giant Swing, Ninja Wall, Milk Crate Tower Climb, and Firecracker Ladder are located inside the Ricker Activity Center; a great way to add to your Shocco adventure after dark, during inclement weather, or if you are looking for a venue where many different activities can happen at one time (basketball, volleyball, climbing etc.) $60 per hour per activity Not available when the Ricker Center is used as an auditorium 30 person maximum per hour Ages 6 and Up Please specify which Climbing Gym activity you are most interested in doing. Available all year with the exception of when guest groups have exclusive use of the RAC facility Paintball: Our Old West Forts surrounded by trees and bunkers provide the ultimate shooter tag experience. We provide Tippmann 98 Custom paintball markers, safety masks, paintball rations, and unlimited air with each game. Our referees will lead you through a paintball experience that is fun, exciting, and promotes teamwork. $16.00 per person for 1 hour $28.00 per person for 2 hours Equipment, air, and paint included 10 person minimum/35 person maximum Available all year Lighted field for night time play Additional hours are $10.00 per person Must be at least 12 years of age Participants must wear closed toe shoes and appropriate clothing Bazooka Ball Group Pay: Bazooka Ball is perfect for the diverse group where some participants may not want to play paintball, you are limited in time, or you do not want to deal with the mess of paintball. Bazooka Ball is very high-paced venue where players experience fun group play with dozens of nerf-type balls constantly whizzing by until the game has ended. Players never have to sit out very long before they are back in the middle of the action. $79 for 30 minutes 10 person minimum 35 person maximum per 30 minute session. Groups larger than 35 should book additional 30 minute blocks appropriate to their group size. Ages 6 and Up Available all year during appropriate weather, both day and night

Drift Trikes : Why should the kids have all the fun? Our oversized tricycles with slick rear wheels are great for drifting around the curves. This provides an exciting race experience for groups of many ages. The Drift Trike Track is located next to Field 3, Bazooka Ball and the Rec area fire spot. Why not race while you wait? Reserve the track with your next Bazooka Ball reservation and your group can race for just $25! (track reservation must be the same day as Bazooka Ball reservation as space is available) Available year round night or day on asphalt track at back of Rec Field 3 Regular Rate $50.00 per 30 minutes ($25 if booking with Bazooka Ball) Maximum of 35 participants per 30 minute block Ages 6 and Up Segways : The future is here. Segways allow you to race against the clock and challenge yourself through an obstacle track. This adventure activity allows students and leaders alike to experience a fun new ride in a safe and controlled environment. Available year round night or day on Tennis Court $50.00 per 30 minutes Maximum of 25 participants per 30 minute block Third Grade and Up Weight limit 220 lbs. Guided Night Hike: Come join us for a night excursion through the woods. Guided by a trained facilitator, your hike can be catered to your group s request. Head lamps provided or bring your own. Please wear closed toe shoes. $50 per 1.5 hour session ($3.00 per person over 25 people) 25 person maximum Ages 8 and Up 2 miles round trip on somewhat steep and uneven terrain Participants should wear closed toe shoes Available year around, weather permitting CUSTOM RECREATION EVENTS Customized recreation events can be arranged per group request. Prices will be determined by the number of employee hours required and any special supplies needed. Custom recreation events include, but are not limited to specialized teambuilding programs, combination packages, events for groups larger than the maximum number listed. WATER ACTIVITIES (To enhance safety, all aquatics activities are available based on the availability of trained lifeguard staff. Following the regular summer season, the pool and Aqua Jump may not be available simultaneously from August through Labor Day.) Swimming Pool Opens Memorial Day Weekend, closes Labor Day Weekend Available for booking between 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. and 1:00 P.M. to 5:30 P.M. Lifeguards are provided and required, groups are not allowed to use their own lifeguards or choose not to have them Exclusive use is not guaranteed to any group during these hours Special request - $99 per hour Night Swims

Lakeside Field One flood light on power pole Power hook up available One outdoor table available per field upon request Exclusive use not guaranteed Clothing Requirements As stewards of our guest s safety and representatives of Christ-like examples we ask all of our guests to dress appropriately for the activities that they will be participating in during their stay. For all non-water adventure recreation options closed toe shoes are required. We also ask participants to wear modest clothing that is appropriate for climbing, running, stooping and other ranges of motion. For all water-based activities we request modest choices in bathing attire in accordance with the participants church group standards.
