WARRANTY TERMS WARRANTOR Porsche Lizenz- und Handelsgesellschaft mbh & Co. KG, Grönerstraße 5, 71636 Ludwigsburg, Germany Every Porsche Design Timepiece is manufactured from the highest-quality materials in accordance with the strictest quality standards and is delivered in perfect condition after a thorough inspection. The warranty covers material or manufacturing defects within a period of two years from the date of purchase. Within the warranty period, defective parts will be repaired or replaced at no charge at the manufacturer s discretion. Other claims, particularly claims for damages, are excluded. The warranty is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. NOTE This warranty does not limit your statutory rights, such as your right to re-performance, rescission, or price reduction, or to damage if the product was not free of defects when delivered. CLAIMS UNDER THE WARRANTY ARE VALID ONLY IF the product was originally purchased from a Porsche Design Store or a Porsche Design Timepieces dealer, and the warranty card was completed fully upon purchase and submitted in the event of a warranty claim EXCLUDED FROM THE WARRANTY ARE wearing parts damage due to improper handling, carelessness, or normal wear and tear damage due to tampering by persons lacking Porsche Design authorisation Claims under the warranty can be submitted only to Porsche Design Stores or Porsche Design Timepieces dealers.
