Trillium Tweet Jim Mangan, Principal 1025 Rosemont Road West Linn, OR 97068 503.673.7950 www.tcps.wlwv.k12.or.us Volume 6, Issue 8 October 26, 2017 News and Harvest Happening is TOMORROW! Join Us from 5:30-7:30pm Tickets are still available at the door the day of the event. They are $10 per family. There will be a lot of fun Games and Prizes, a Photo Booth, Raffle, Magician, Professional Pumpkin Carving and a DJ! Don t miss out on the good times! Children will have a chance to wear costumes to the Harvest Happening. We ask that they be family friendly. Please make sure the masks and make-up are safe for your child to wear when doing activities and for others to look at, especially preschoolers! Also, no weapon-like objects will be allowed. (It's best that your child does not wear a mask as parents usually end up carrying them.) Because our PTA will be having our Harvest Happening where students will be able to wear costumes, students should not wear costumes or make up at school on Halloween, Monday, October 31st. We appreciate your support with this as we want to maintain a productive learning atmosphere. We look forward to having Trillium families gather for this evening of FUN!!! Important Notes: Only people who have already pre-paid for pizza will be served pizza at the Pizza Cafe. Be sure to feed your little ones prior to the event if you did not pre-order your pizza or they may get hungry! If you have pre-paid admission, please make your way to the pre-paid door. Students must be accompanied by an adult this is not a drop off event. Please leave the scary stuff at home (no gory masks/costumes or weapons.) We hope we see you all at Harvest Happening. This year we will have a magic show with Louie Foxx. A pizza parlor with live music, a gym full of games and a DJ spinning Halloween classics. This year we have also turned the kindergarten neighborhood into the pumpkin patch with an amazing pumpkin carver and lots of pumpkin themed games for your kids to enjoy. Thank you so much to everyone who volunteered or donated. It takes a village and our village is spooktacular! The system is routinely pruned of untouched accounts so even if you had previously subscribed, you should verify your subscriptions at https://www.flashalert.net/ login.html. Please note that this is not "our" system and we can provide limited help. You should consider getting the free FlashAlert Messenger app from the Apple AppStore or Google PlayStore. Announcements will also be displayed on the local TV channels. During an event, we will also post an announcement on the district home page (www.wlwv.k12.or.us).
