SCHEDULE 1 POSITION DESCRIPTION STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COACH POSITION PURPOSE: The position is responsible for the provision of technical training and fitness services to the Hawkes Bay Rugby Football Union (HBRU). To enhance the image of rugby at all times through being a positive role model in all respects and by showing a sound knowledge of all aspects of Fitness Training. The role along with other HBRU staff, directly contributes to the promotion and development of the game of rugby. RELATIONSHIPS: Reports to: Mitre 10 Cup Head Coach RESPONSIBLE FOR: Fitness / strength training for all Mitre 10 Cup squad members and wider training group members, other HBRU representative teams, HBRU Academy members and to provide fitness and strength training advice and guidance to HBRU affiliated clubs as required.
