Kris Korner: Have you been able to stick to your New Year's Resolutions? February can be a tough time to see a resolution through, particularly if it involves working out. The days are cold, the sun sets at 5pm, and most of us just want to curl up on the couch. There are ways to sneak in a little fitness around the office, however, so why not try some of these tips? Let's "deskercise"! ❶ Tap your toes on the floor while you're sitting at your desk ❷ While seated, straighten one or both legs and hold for a few seconds ❸ Shrug your shoulders and hold for 5 seconds, then release ❹ Notice yourself sinking into your chair? Practice perfect posture for a few minutes each hour ❺ Walk, walk, walk! Take a stroll around the cubicles or take a 15 minute break and head outside for some fresh air Adding little bits of fitness to your day will be easier than you think. If you see me spinning in my chair, I'm just working on my obliques. Until next month! Kris Here We Grow Again!
