Tools Wilson Gages Over 80 years of Reloading Excellence! PRECISION PRODUCTS FOR THE HAND RELOADER 2008 Price Catalog L.E. (Sam) Wilson

Tools Wilson Gages Founded in 1927, L.E. Wilson Tools and Gages, Incorporated has been making reloading tools for hand loaders continuously for 80 years with no compromise in quality of workmanship or materials. L.E. (Sam) Wilson was the main proprietor of L.E. Wilson, Inc located in Cashmere, Washington. He began making his own tools for reloading his ammunition when he couldn t locate the tools to satisfy his reloading work. Sam s love of shooting inspired him to design almost the entire line of products sold, although the bullet seater is one of the few tools that he didn t originate. He drew upon an experience with a similar seater made by A.O. Niedner, which had no stem adjustment. Sam changed the design to include an adjustment for bullet seating depth. All of the tools were designed for bullet accuracy and user s safety. This company was derived from a passion for the sport of shooting. Sam first began shooting in World War I. After coming out of the army, his love for shooting continued to grow and he started entering competitions and winning matches all over the world. He placed third in a match in France in 1919 called the American Expeditionary Forces Match and received a medal from General John Joseph (Blackjack) Pershing. That same year he won a match in Caldwell, New Jersey with a perfect score. Sam became National small-bore rifle champion in 1920 and won the Distinguished Pilot Shot Badge in France in 1923. He also won the National Pistol championship at Camp Perry, Ohio in 1929. Sam retired from freestanding rifle and pistol competition in 1936, when he started bench rest shooting. Sam s winning streak continued when he won the National Bench Rest Competition with a group of ten bullets from 100 yards away in 1954. In 1973, Sam was inducted into Rifle Magazines Bench Rest Hall of Fame for his shooting ability and development of ammunition loading tools. The Wilson family has served in many wars through the years. Sam fought in WWI in the Army. Jim flew Bombers while Jack flew the P51 Mustangs in WWII and Jack s stepson Sergeant Jon Morrison was an Army Sniper in Vietnam. After Sam died in 1985, his son s Jim and Jack Wilson co-owned the business. Jack bought Jim s shares in the company in 1988. Jack s stepson Jon Morrison started working with them in 1968 and became a full-time employee after two years in the army. Jon purchased the business when Jack died in 1993 and is the present owner. L.E. Wilson, Inc. has been a family owned and operated business for 80 years. Keeping the business in the family has insured the highest quality and craftsmanship possible. Wilson s uses the highest quality materials and our tools are well known world wide for their precision and accuracy. Because of this reputation we receive orders from all over the world including Germany and Japan. For a local dealer near you please check our web site to find out where you can buy L.E. Deburring Tool All cases should be case mouth deburred after trimming and neck turning. Tools are double-ended with standard 45-degree flutes that debur/chamfer the inside and outside mouth of the case. They will work on cases from.17 to.45 and.50 caliber. Uniform Deburring Tool Decapping Punches and Bases Standard.........$16.00 50 Caliber......... $23.00 We produce two case mouth deburring tools for use in the Case Trimmer. The deburring tools mount in the cutter housing and each includes a crank style handle. Cases are inserted into the trimmer case holders and are held square to the deburring tool. Available in both standard 45 degree and 30 degree chamfer. Handle included........... $28.50 Designed for the tough job of removing crimped-in primers on military cases, these tools are so handy and easy to use that some reloaders prefer them to the press for all primer removing. See chart on pages 6-10. Inside Neck Reamer Punch and Base Set..........$16.00 Punch only...............$10.00 Base only............$6.00 Thick Necks can cause high chamber pressures and erratic shooting. Neck reamers remove excess neck material to insure adequate clearance exists between the case neck and the chamber. Also, these reamers can be used when forming wildcats from a parent case. Reamers are used in the trimmers in place of the trimmer cutter. Standard reamers are sized for use on fired, unsized cases and are listed on pages 6-10. Special sizes can be ground but will extend lead time. See chart on pages 6-10. Primer Pocket Reamer Inside Neck Reamer, standard calibers...$32.00 Special Inside Neck Reamer...... $38.00 Used in conjunction with the Case Trimmer to remove the primer pocket crimp on military cases. The finished result is a nice rounded entry for primers. Unlike some tools this tool will not distort the case head. Specify large (.210) or small (.175) primer pockets when ordering. Comes with handle. See chart on pages 6-10. Primer Pocket Reamer Std... $36.00 Primer Pocket Reamer 50 Cal...$48.00

Case Trimmer Case Trimmer Cutter Wilson case trimmers are unique in that the case is held by a case holder which simulates a rifle chamber. Cases are held in case holders by their own body taper. The case holders sit in a rail system that also holds the cutter housing insuring square and perfect alignment every time. Trimmers can be held in a vise or are compatible with Sinclair mounting stands. Trimmers can also be used for inside neck reaming, military crimp removal, and case mouth deburring by adding additional cutters. Specify.17-.45 or.50 caliber case trimmer on order. Case Trimmer only...$48.00 50 Caliber Case Trimmer Complete, Includes case holder...$110.00 Case Trimmer Cutter 50 Caliber...$36.00 Case Trimmer Cutter............ $24.00 Special Case Trimmer Cutter, for.17 caliber cases....... $28.00 Case Trimmer with case holder and deburring tool........... $68.00 Case Trimmer with hardened pistol holder and deburring tool...... $74.00 Case Trimmer with Q-Type pistol holder and deburring tool.......$78.00 Case Trimmer with rifle holder, less deburring tool............ $58.00 Case Trimmer with hardened pistol holder, less deburring tool.........$64.00 Case Trimmer with Q-Type pistol holder less deburring tool........$68.00 Case Trimmer less case holder, with deburring tool........$64.00 Case Trimmer without stop assembly...$39.00 Trimmer Cutter Exchange.............$12.00 Trimmer Handle.........$8.00 Trimmer Power Adapter............ $20.00 Case Holders Case Holder Q-Type Pistol Holder Case Holders allow you to trim cases in your Wilson Case Trimmer. The Q-Type case holders hold the case with an easy to use cross pin. Use this type whenever possible because the regular pistol case holders require you to tap the pistol case in, which is more difficult than the rifle cases because of the lack of a body taper. See chart on pages 6-10. Case Holders,rifle.......$10.00 Case Holder, hardened pistol holder.........$16.00 Case Holder, Q-type pistol holder..........$20.00 Special Case Holders.......$16.00..

Case Gages Regular Style: One piece gage that will check overall length to indicate the need for trimming, datum to head length to assure correct headspace and to prevent over sizing. Available for most popular rimless cases. Adjustable Style: For belted mags. While the belt provides support for proper headspace, the life of the case will drastically shorten unless resizing is held to a minimum at the shoulder. These gages, which can be adjusted to be used with individual rifles of the same caliber, will enable the handloader to control the amount of resizing simply by measuring a fired case. Overall length can also be checked with these gages. Case Length Gages One-piece, non adjustable cylinder-type gage with milled surfaces on one end for checking minimum and maximum overall length of rifle and pistol cases having no shoulder. Cartridge Case Gage, non-belted calibers.......... $28.00 50 Caliber Case Gage...$34.00 Adjustable Case Gage, belted calibers..............$36.00 Case Length Gages, cases with no neck (measures length only)........$16.00 Pistol Max Gage (measures length of loaded round only).......$20.00 See chart on page 6-10 for available calibers. Bullet Seaters Stainless Steel Bullet Seater with Micrometer Adjustment The most accurate and easiest to use straight line dies on the market. The stainless seaters have a built in micrometer seating depth adjustment feature with an easy to read scale in.001 graduations. See chart on pages 6-10......... $118.00 Chamber Type Bullet Seater A favorite among benchrest shooters. A chamber type bullet seater positively controls both bullet and cartridge case alignment. The case and bullet are completely captured by the die prior to the bullet being pushed straight into the case by a close-fitting seating stem. This style of bullet seater works more accurately than a conventional (7/8-14) bullet seating die. This is one of the most accurate bullet seaters ever made. See chart on pages 6-10. Bullet Seater.......... $58.00 Bullet Seater Blank.............$46.50 Bullet Seater Drift Assembly........... $24.00

Neck Die and Bushings Neck Sizing Dies Bushing Designed so the user can control and/or change the amount of neck sizing the cartridge case receives. Uses interchangeable sizing bushings that size the outside of the case neck. The conventional expander is eliminated, improving concentricity and prolonging brass life. The die is used with an Arbor Press. Sizes the neck to 3/16 from the mouth end, a practice many shooters prefer. Bushings not included. Dies include a decapping rod. See chart on pages 6-10 for available sizes. Neck Die, with bushing............$74.00 Neck Die Only.......... $58.00 Stainless Steel Neck Die only.......$80.00 Neck Die Bushing,.185-.199 and.217-.343......$16.00 Neck Die Decapping Base...........$16.00 Neck Die Blank.........$52.00 Stainless Steel Bushing Type Threaded Shoulder Bump Die The stainless steel bushing type threaded shoulder bump die sizes the case neck while bumping the shoulder back. This is necessary with the 6 mm P.P.C. because it fires so hot it moves the shoulder forward with each fire. This die returns the case to its orignal shape making it easier to chamber. Only available for the 6MM P.P.C............. $100.00 L.E. Wilson Inc. Limited Warranty All L.E.
