Linea Luce Profile Collection offers a complete and varied series of luminous and linear elements suitable for any possibilities both for indoor and outdoor installations. As the beating heart of our collection the Linea Luce Led Strips, entirely designed and manufactured in our Italian factory, are now available in several and different models characterized by high efficiency in light emission and in the relationship between luminous flux and energy consumption. Linea Luce Profile IP Six Series Led bars are manufactured using aluminum protective anti-corrosive procedures and a protective treatment with internal resin processing that allows product to be installed outdoor, IP 65-67 compliance. Research and Development Department is equipped with the Gonio photometer system which is essential to the measure of the lighting flux and also with machineries for thermal and crash tests. All of them give us important data when new models are being tested and, at the same time, give a specific total check on the normal products when being manufactured. Led Italy, recently certificated ISO 9001-2015 by the Bureau Veritas, has also developed for years a complete portfolio with flexible linear items realizing a full range of innovative and superior products for Led lighting. Today Led Italy is considered one of the top leader companies in the international market for linear lights. All its products are just and only Made in Italy, matching EUR1 certification rules. Dozens of different profiles made of aluminum alloy, some of whom are just and only by our own design, allow to develop and create creative and suggestive lighting projects on specific architectural elements or simply on locations fulfilling every requirement. Among the most important common requirements for all the products in the collection You can find the duration, the high power of resistance to environmental saline corrosive agents, the great thermal dissipation, the higher rates of temperature between -30/+50 degrees. Linea Luce Profile collection includes adjustable profiles, models with restrained intrusions, angular profiles, recessed and suspended models both in natural anodized aluminum and white RAL and optimized for the white lighting flux or single colour as required. 4 Led Italy

Linea Luce Strip Led collection, the LL range, is entirely manufactured in our Italian factory near Turin. Certificated diodes are used that match of specific with requirements like LM80 test, TUV-UL certified and complain to EN 62447 and IEC 62778, photo biological risk. Led Italy uses only high efficiency SMD LED with selected Bin Code, Mac Adam 2 Steps, CRI 88 or 92. The standard colour temperatures available are Warm White 2700K, 3000K, Natural White 4000K and Cold White 5000K. Some models are available with coloured emission diodes and dynamic light. The printed circuits are designed and produced in Italy and made with a double face copper, realized with a flexible support in Kapton for the high level torsion resistance. The design of the PCB is finalized for the best electrical conduction along the flexible support to avoid leakage of electricity and voltage drop. This helps to assure a long life for the product. Four automated SMT production lines for manufacturing Led Strips guarantee a very high level of quality and high standards as well as an elevated production rate resulting dozens of km. every month. For those models which we use specific Led Strips, coming from selected suppliers, the manufacturing includes the cutting sizing of the profile, the assembly, the assembly of the coverage, the electrical wiring and the final test. Linea Luce Profile IP SIX collection products get a protective treatment added to the aluminum profile and they are placed into two automatic production lines for the resin two-component nontoxic treatment. When stratified with the profile, resins give it the rate of protection required having also the function of transparent covering. All these production steps are manufactured in our Italian factory by our specialized technicians that assure the high quality standards Led Italy aims at. Before the manufacturing activity finishes here is the last step, We test the product itself and its functioning, followed by its specific labelling serial number and its production batch. After this operation the final step is to make the packaging and deliver it to our customers all around the world.

LINEA LUCE ADJUSTABLE PROFILE Linea Luce Adjustable Profile collection for indoor environment IP40 rate, lights up perfectly the walls, arches and objects guiding properly the Led bar to the location specifically required. Led bars by Led Italy offer a wide range of possibilities for using them, creating light wash, lighting paintings, alcoves, shop windows, and inside wardrobes in a clear, definite way. Using the orientable clips given, the models LI 241 and LI 252, complementary between themselves express a very refined design and a great functionality. The model LI 241 particularly appreciated for its minimal conspicuity and its refined design is a perfect item inside a refined furniture. The aluminum profile can be coloured as required such as in a museum installation or in shop furniture. A wide aluminum profile characterizes the model LI 252 which has got high power luminous flux. Narrow beams optics give the so called Wall Washer effect. Thanks to its arcuate brackets the model LI 252 can be used in the so called Picture Light function. Special accessories in case of positioning inside wardrobes as backbone for light emitting. Both the models have got different versions according specific Led Strip of the collection Linea Luce Flex Strip. Profiles can be equipped with transparent or frost cover for diffuse light with the possibility for choosing the source of emission and to articulate it with different colour temperature. All the models of Linea Luce Adjustable Profile are manufactured in Italy in our factory, produced and tested singularly, customized and personalized on the specifics required by every single customer. Linea Luce Mini Profile is a collection of insight lights whose minimum section profiles create that accent light minimizing the source of light. LINEA LUCE HIDDEN LIGHT Led Italy has always dedicated great attention to the indirect lighting both conceived as primary flux and as accent lighting in order to put in evidence the architectural context. The Linea Luce Hidden Light Collection has got precisely this function in indoor environments thanks to specific profiles that allow the installation through a corner or a specific positioning of profile so that it can emit its light flux directly to the required object. The illumination through hidden lights for indirect lighting, or the use of the light in angular elements are perfectly achievable with our models Linea Luce LI 249 and LI 250. Model LI 249 is particularly suitable for accent light installations both direct and indirect, the minimum size of aluminum profile is optimal joining the Led Linea Luce strips with minimum power consumption. Linea Luce LI 250 is definitely one of our best seller. It is based on an anodized aluminum profile with optimal dissipation of the temperature, it has got trapezoidal shape and include the internal position at a 45-degree angle. The flux whose led light is absolutely comparable to the traditional light source, ensure the perfect lighting in a very uniform and diffused form. The possibility of choice among the various models Strip Led Linea Luce and their possibility, articulated into different Colour Temperatures such as the use of the dedicated strip with coloured emission widen their usage. LINEA LUCE HIGHLIGHTS The Linea Luce Highlights collection represents the gist of the technology solid state applied to the lighting system. All the models have got in common a high light emission flux, a reduced energy consumption, and the possibility to create connected linear light lines. In other words they represent the LED development as indoor primary light substituting completely the traditional light fixture in wide indoor areas. The models LI 253, LI 276, LI 280 with their big profile size allow the internal positioning of the Led Strip with high efficiency, or the positioning of two parallel strips of the collection Linea Luce Flex Led Strip. These models can reach a high emission up t 5000 lumen / meter. The profiles can be connected each other thanks to specific accessories. LI 260, LI 262 are two models whose white or silver profile is compatible for the internal positioning of the power supply, simplifying the installation in case particular requirements do not allow the positioning of the driver outside the luminous body. Among the enlightening bodies with superior light emission there are the items LI 269 and LI 281 which can be equipped with triple internal Led Strip. These models are characterized by an essential aluminum profile designed to diffuse the light in the best way. The customization of the internal source of light makes them perfectly suitable to host even the Strip Led of a different model which can be used even separately if specific requirements. LINEA LUCE SPECIAL LINE Linea Luce Special Line is the collection of linear elements just for selective applications. In sight profiles and recessed ones are part of this collection. Their functions can range from led step lighting to the cable protectors up to the recessed linear lights for gypsum ceilings. Linea Luce LI 251 is a walkable profile, suitable to create light lines on the floor. Its particular shape allows the positioning inside of cables and wires. It can be installed even on the ceiling which function as illumination in technical areas. The profile LI 255 is a wall recessed light with hidden flux emission to illuminate the corridors. Linea Luce LI 259 is a walkable profile, too and it is suitable in different versions of profile and it is intended to be used specifically as signal step. It has been designed for the retrofit of stairs which need the light of the step itself. The models LI 266 and LL 267 are plaster preformed profiles with its accessories for false ceilings. When they are installed enrich the ceiling with minimal flux of light and great visual impact. The models of this collection are custom-made, with the exception of the standard gypsum profile. These items are tested one by one in our facilities and all of them are distinguished by an identifying serial number. LINEA LUCE RECESSED The collection Linea Luce Recessed is composed on specific linear recessed profiles for recessed applications. The different profiles can be installed in the plasterboard, wooden, metallic and false ceilings. The models which are different for the profile dimensions and for the typology of the installed strips recall the three main items Mini, Midi and Highlights but revisited for recessed installations. LI 247 and LI 257 are specific for lighting accent on furniture, kitchen counters and glass showcases. It might be used even for the LI 272, available silver coloured and white RAL 9003. The model LI 248 like the model LI 275 which is available even with the white profile allow to create a main flux in spaces with diffused light. This collection includes even the recessed mainly performative that are LI 254 and LI 277 available even coloured white RAL 9003. The model LI282 designed for the semi recessed installations allows the creation of perfect linear elements in case of wide hallways or public areas. These different models are available in different versions according to the Strip Led of the collection Linea Luce. The profiles are available both clear cover and frost. LINEA LUCE SUSPENDED LINE The collection Linea Luce Suspended Line has been designed joining particularly efficient linear Led flux specific profiles with particular features emitting light. It is developed in suspended linear elements and geometrical forms elements which can be overlapped at will in order to create real modern design. Linea Luce LI 284, technical suspension with elevated flux of light coming from the high efficiency Led Strip, is equipped with a prismatic dome lens to increase the amount of the diffused light. Linea Luce LI 286, instead, is projected to be held straight inside the driver. The suspensions LI 285 and LI 287 are linear illuminating bodies designed with innovative shape, composed on a chassis silver coloured or white RAL 9003, covered with clear or white. The suspension LI 404, LI 405, LI 406 can be square or rectangular, based on silver or white coloured profile and translucent resin processing. They are particularly appreciated not just for their luminous flux but also for their absolute luminous uniformity along the surface without any shadows. The collection Linea Luce Suspended allows the most appropriate choice in terms of flux thanks to a wide range of Strip Led available. Some models are set up for using the Strip led committed with colour flux. All the models are manufactured in Italy in our factory located near Turin. LINEA LUCE ADJUSTABLE PROFILE IP SIX The collection Linea Luce Adjustable Profile IP Six Series, has been designed to illuminate the walls, arches and objects orienting properly the Led bar so that it can frame the subject optimally. Creating wall washing, illuminating columns, sculptures, design objects in a very clear way: these are just some of the several possibilities that LED ITALY s Led bars offer both inside and outside use. By means of provided rudder clips, the models LI 241 and LI 252, complementary each other, join refined design and a great potential for utilization. The model LI 241 particularly appreciated for its minimal diameter and its thin design is perfect for refined furniture. A large aluminum profile defines the model LI252 which can be provided with high power flux. The additional narrow beam optical lens generate the so called Wall Washer effect. Thanks to arched brackets, the model LI252can be used to illuminate pictures and paintings. An aluminum protective process protect the profiles from the corrosion. The resin treatment inside allows these models to be used in outdoor environments thanks to IP 65 or IP67 protection degree. LINEA LUCE HIGHLIGHTS IP SIX SERIE The collection Linea Luce Highlights IP Six Series offers a wide range of high performances products optimized for indoor and outdoor use because of its protection rate IP 65, IP 67. A bright lighting emission with a low energy consumption, the possibility to create linear lights connected each other represent the main features that allow the illumination in outdoor environments using LED light substituting the traditional light fixture in wide spaces. The models LI 253, LI 276, LI 280 with their wide profile dimensions allow the internal positioning of the very high performances Led Strip, or two parallel Led Strip. They can reach up to 5000 lumen - meter emission light. The profiles can be connected each other thanks to specific accessories, allowing to create long length linear lights. LINEA LUCE SPECIAL LINE IP SIX SERIE Linea Luce Special Line IP Six Series is a collection of linear elements destined to particular applications. This collection includes in view and built-in profiles. Linea Luce LI 251 is a walkable in view indoor and outdoor use suitable to create light lines on the floor. Its special shape allows the internal placement of wires and cables. It can be installed even on the ceiling to enlighten technical spaces. The profile LI 255 is built-in with hidden emission light to enlighten signal steps in internal corridors. Linea Luce LI 259, walkable model, is available with different aluminum profiles for the specific use of light step. It has been designed for the retrofit of the stairs whose steps must be evident and clear. They are available with clear or white resin and there are different versions according to the Strip Led of the collection Linea Luce used. Available with different colour temperature Led strip, or single color light too allow to personalize Led bars for any specific requirement. The resin processing and the protective aluminum treatment protect the profile from the corrosion and allow these models to be used for outdoor use according to IP 65, IP 67 rules. LINEA LUCE RECESSED IP SIX SERIE The collection Linea Luce Recessed IP Six Series proposes linear builtin models. All the various models are different for the profile size and for the Strip Led typology. They light up directly the spaces as primary source of light or create an accent light both indoor, or in case of dust and humidity as well as outside use, outdoor models. Linea Luce LI 247, LI 257 are specific profiles for the accent lighting. The model LI 272 is optimal too for the accent lighting and it is available in the silver anodized aluminium or RAL 9003 painted profile. The model LI 248 and the model LI 275, LI 275 is available even with white painted profile allow to create a primary lighting of the spaces with diffused emission. The models LI 254 and LI 277 are recessed more power performing. LI 272 is designed for not visible installations and it creates linear elements perfect in wide corridors or public external areas. The models can be linked into different versions according to the Linea Strip Led installed. Profiles are available with clear or frost cover. The aluminum protective process protect the profiles from the corrosion. The resin treatment in the profiles allow these models to be suitable for the use outside with the protection IP 65, IP 67. LINEA LUCE SUSPENDED LINE IP SIX SERIE Linea Luce Suspended Line IP Six Series collection uses specific technologies to get the best diffusion of the flux. All the models are for internal and external use with the protection rate IP 65, IP 67. This is the reason why all these items included in this collection are produced with a frost resin that releases a diffused emission of light particularly nice and pleasant, giving to the surface an impressive translucent effect. The collection is composed on linear suspended elements and geometrical shapes elements which can be added as required to create design in furniture. The models LI 404, LI 405, LI 406 can be squared or rectangular, can have a white profile and translucent resin. They are particularly appreciated for their emission light flux and even for their absolute uniformity on realizing light on the surfaces without any shade. The collection Linea Luce Suspended Linea IP Six Series allows the most appropriate source of lighting thanks to the great quantity of emission in different colour temperatures. Several models are predisposed for using Strip Led dedicated with coloured emission. Every single product is custom size made according to the customer specific request and marked with an identifying serial number. This arrangement creates a database of the objects created, allowing the production of successive batches with the same technical features and equipped with the same specific components.
