SOUTHERN GOLDEN RETRIEVER CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW SUNDAY 1 st MARCH 2015 GOLDEN RETRIEVER DOGS: JUDGE MRS CAROLE CARTER Thank you so much to all the members who gave me the Ballot vote giving me another chance to Judge our lovely breed. The Chairman and Committee made us very welcome and my Thanks goes to my good Stewards who made my day trouble free. Thank you all. I was very please with my lovely entry and my winning dog line up. I was looking for soft heads and expressions, well balanced outlines with legs well under body. Sound true movement. Mature body with good front and rear angulation, moved out well. 3 rd Deadman & Morrish s Devonivy Just a Magic Touch at Oaksjublu smaller pale coated, soft head good angulation, deep chest, would prefer more width to stifle, moved out well with wagg

Good Citizen [6,1a,1w] Rose s Deltamore Frankel by Gaytonwood Nice out line to this youngster, not easy one to present properly, but she persevered and he looked better for it, Nice make and shape, soft head and expression, flowing neck into clean front assembly, short coupled body but he was over angulated in the rear stifles but I feel the more he shows the more he will settle and relax into himself. 2 nd Rose s Azteca Rocket Man. Lovely soft head and expression with good pigment, very short and compact, good shoulders and upper arm, nice turn of stifle, moved out well. 3 rd Dean s Aymsbury Angus with Rugglestone
