PEEL METROPOLITAN HORSE AND PONY CLUB DRESSAGE/SHOWJUMPING/IN-HAND SERIES 2013 Competitors must attend at least 2 of the 3 events to qualify for the series Only the same horse riderr combination can carry forward and points earned Age of rider is at the 1 st of January 2013 RULES If horse rider combinationn go up a grade, they may take ½ the points earned from previous event to count for the series. Horse rider combination may only change a grade at the second event to still qualify for the series. Points cannot be taken down a grade In the event of riders having equal points after the 3 rd series the winner will be decided on the highest dressage score for the last event both riders entered. Points awarded as follows for placing in each event 1 st 8 points 2 nd 7 points 3 rd 6 points 4 th 5 points 5 th 4 points 6 th 3 points completion 2 points retired 1 point The series is a 3 phase event meaning you do the dressage show jumping and in-hand the scores are added up together to determine the winner. There is no individual winner for just the dressage or just the jumping etc.
