Teams that are scheduled for practices that night will have half-ice practice at the far end of the ice (near the Zamboni gate), other than the 2 last teams which should have full ice. We will not be doing the Association photo this year so this should run very smooth and fast. Everybody smile Kent Valley Coaches and Managers - Score Sheet Reporting Needs Improvement! All KVHA score sheets, home and away, must be turned in by the end of day every Monday. The only exception is for tournament weekends where the final games are played on Monday. In that case the score sheets should be in the KVHA office by end of day Tuesday. Please make sure your score sheets are complete and readable. All score sheets MUST include date, start and end times, game location, names of teams, full team rosters, identity of goalies, shots and saves, coaches names and CEP #. Please try to make sure players get credit for assists. Many score sheets only include the goal scorer. In spite of what you ve been told, it is okay for the coach and/or team manager to add assists and make corrections to scoring after the referee has signed the score sheet. In the case of an unreadable pink 3rd copy, it is okay to trace over the scoring to make them more readable. Trust me, nobody has ever gone to jail for making a score sheet more readable.
