Meeting Called to order at 7:02 pm Treasurers Report was accepted without motion made. There will be no women s championship class at the triple-crown this year due to no participants. The Cheyenne Field Archers will be hosting the WSAA indoor and the NFAA Northwest Sectional on March 3 and 4, 2018. There will be a quick meeting on February 28 to get our house in order before this event. Bob Graham is donating the hunting blind and chair for the raffle at the second leg of the triple crown. Connie Crandall requested the club buy a popcorn popper to sell popcorn at club events. Motion to purchase made by Bob Graham and seconded by Tim Zacharies. Non opposed. The Scholarship committee did not receive any money from the Giving from the Heart grant this year and is looking for additional funding ideas. The CFA is going to allow the State DOT to hang a Buckle up, Drive safe banner in the club in exchange for a donation that will go towards the Scholarship fund. David Hays proposed we get an additional storage building or add a 16 X 24 addition to the current garage because we are running out of room for targets and set up and tear down is getting crowded and disorganized for our shoots. Bob Graham is getting prices together for the cost of the addition. The CFA is also looking for a grant writing volunteer. David Hays is contacting Sportsmans warehouse to see if the CFA can set up a table to sell Scholarship dinner tickets and promote the CFA It was also proposed to get tri-fold advertising brochures printed and ready before the start of the summer outdoor programs with the city and out at Curt Gowdy S.P. Meeting adjourned at 8:29 pm

We still have tickets available for the African Safari raffle $20.00 each or 6 for $100. Contact any board member if you are interested. Drawing will be held on March 18, 2018 at the final day of Triple Crown. Information is on page 4 of the newsletter. The Tuesday night spots and Thursday night 3D fun leagues are in full swing. This is a great time to get primed for the 3 rd leg of the Triple Crown coming up March 17 th and 18 th, 2018 and the WSAA State indoor shoot and NFAA Northwest sectional on March 3 rd and 4 th. The Scholarship committee would also like to thank everyone that came out on the 16 th and 18 th of January to participate in the Scholarship shoots. The shoots raised $350 with a very generous matching donation of $350 from an anonymous donor. The CFA has awarded 5 scholarships the last 2 years to college bound young adults from our club. We are also selling tickets to our Scholarship dinner and silent auction on April 14, 2018 for $15.00 per person. Dolan Latshaw at left, was the winner of the 50/50 raffle Saturday morning at the first leg of the Triple Crown. Dylan with the ticket agent. Dan Conrad was the winner of the Kayak raffle.

There are two Blue face shoots scheduled, February 25 th, 2018 and March 11 th, 2018. Registration is at 9:00 am and shooting begins at 10:00 am both days. Without volunteers, the events the CFA puts on each year, month or week would not happen. If you are interested in volunteering a few hours to help with the Triple Crown, Bow Hunter weekend, the scholarship committee or any other event CFA puts on or helps with during the year contact any board member or come out to the event and ask to help, there is never a shortage of tasks that need to be taken care of at an event.
