Kiray Wendy Riggenbach Congratulations!! Great shooting!! An outdoor league will be starting soon alternating between a Field and Hunter round. It will run for 6 weeks. The first 3D shoot was April 9 th. There were 50 shooters! Wow! What a great turn-out! The Aerie Page 1

The next 3D shoot will be May 7 th. Come out and join in the fun. o We also need workers. Please check the schedule and sign-up to help. 3D shoots We need people to be involved and come out and shoot. o We are also looking for a special person to be our ambassador and champion 3D shooting. Could you be that person? Members that are 3D shooters will have their entry fees reduced by $2 per shoot. If any club member has any ideas on how to increase attendance for next year's 3D shoots, your input would be greatly appreciated, contact an officer or Board member. JOAD will have a summer session on Monday nights on the FITA course. The course will not be close, so if you were planning to shoot, come on out. There was a work day on April 8 th. There was a great turn-out, and a lot of great work was completed. Thanks to all that was able to participant! Your hard work is greatly appreciated! If you were not able to work please contact Bruce to make arrangements for a make-up. Working a tournament is a great way to make-up a work assignment! Besides, it s great fun and a great opportunity to connect with your fellow archers! The gate has been found opened on a couple of occasions. Please be sure to close and lock the gate. Anyone having pictures from tournaments or hunts please forward copies to me for inclusion in the newsletter. General Information Be sure to review the various shoot flyers and other relevant information that is posted on the bulletin boards. Falcon Archery logo items are available online. Order a new shirt today! The club is thinking about offering Archery 101 classes for new shooters. If you are interested in participating, please let one of the officers know. We are still researching. Shoot Fees & Membership Card Don t forget to sign in and pay the shoot fee every time you shoot indoors or out. Also, don t forget to display your Falcon membership card while on the property. Work Assignments Be sure to finish work assignments in a timely manner. Keeping our shooting lanes mowed and running the weed eater are critical. Next Meeting Meetings are always the second Wednesday of the month. The next meeting will be May 10, 2017 at 8:00 pm.
