Specific Details Regarding VIP Passes & VIP Hour Passes are subject to change VIP Hour 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm The Copacabana has a beautiful rooftop level that can accommodate up to 500 people. The Affiliate Ball will make this rooftop available for sponsors and their VIP's from 9:00 pm until 10:00 pm. At 10:00 we will have all guests ushered to the main level as the regular doors open and the party begins. The rooftop VIP will be the best place for networking and making deals happen. The main level is where the artists will be performing. We have a section for reserved tables that can accommodate only the sponsors table seating do the space limitations. We will call this the Sponsors Table Area. A separate wrist band will be issued to all tables as they are being seated. All tables will accommodate at least 4 people and additional tables can be arranged for an added fee. Sponsors MUST Arrive On Time All sponsors will be required to arrive during the first half hour of the VIP hour to guarantee your space and table in the venue. If you are planning on having a dinner before heading to the venue then please make those plans around this event. We will have a full venue by the end of the VIP Hour or the beginning of regular doors opening.

We have a dedicated Meet Market booth the day before so that all registered guests and sponsors can come pick up their passes. This means you don't have to run around the trade show and city. We also have an online printable pass that we will email to all registered guests about a week before the party.
