Welcome from the Chairperson Dear Player On behalf of Nuneaton Volleyball I would like to welcome you to the club. We offer a wide variety of volleyball throughout the club, from juniors and beginners all the way though to adult na onal league. We offer training and matches to anyone who wishes to par cipate within the sport of Volleyball. We have 4 levels of membership in the club: Casual Membership, for those who wish to train and learn the sport to become a be er player. Playing membership, for those who want to train and play matches with our teams. Full Member, for those who are commi ed to the club, want to train, play matches and receive all the benefits of being a full member of the club. NVL Member, for those par cipa ng within our na onal league structure who also gain all benefits of being a full member of the club. We have a strong team of well developed coaches to run training sessions and to manage your team during matches. We ac vely promote volunteering within the club, whether that be by joining the clubs commi ee or refereeing/coaching courses. All volunteers are supported, mentored and most importantly valued as a crucial aspect of the success of the progressive development of the club. Code of conduct for members Nuneaton Volleyball Club is fully commi ed to safeguarding and promo ng the well-being of all its members. The club believes it is important that members, coaches, administrators and parents associated with the club should, at all mes, show respect and understanding for the safety and welfare of others. Therefore, members are encouraged to be open at all mes and to share any concerns or complaints that they may have about any aspect of the club with Nick Mullin, Chairperson. All members must respect the rights, dignity and worth of all par cipants regardless of age, gender, ability, race, cultural background, religious beliefs or sexual iden ty. Members should keep to agreed mings for training and compe ons or inform their coach or team manager if they are going to be late.
Members must wear suitable kit proper sports kit shorts, t-shirts and non-marking trainers for training and match sessions, as agreed with the coach/team manager. Members must pay any fees for training or events promptly. Junior members are not allowed to smoke on club premises or whilst represen ng the club at compe ons. Junior members are not allowed to consume alcohol or drugs of any kind on the club premises or whilst represen ng the club.

Membership Op ons Casual Membership allows you to pay as you train. Learn to play volleyball and train with our players and qualified coaches. Playing Membership allows you to pay as you train, as well as play in our regional teams for matches. It also pays for your registra on to our regional league as well as insurance through Volleyball England to cover you while you play. Full Membership allows you to train on a Thursday, as well as given first priority to play in regional matches. Your standing order covers all costs associated with Volleyball: Training, matches, registra on fee, referee fees, scorer fees, Volleyball England liability insurance. It is also simple to set up and not worry about. The only item is does not cover is fuel to away matches, we usually sort that on the day.

Membership Terms and Condi ons - To be an adult member of Nuneaton Volleyball Club you must be over 18 years old as of 1st Sept of that season. - As a playing member you will need to pay your 40 registra on fee to be eligible for matches. - As a full member you understand that the membership commitment is for one whole season. The reason we can offer so much volleyball during the season for rela vely li le cost, is that the cost is spread out over the whole season, September to August. - If you are to stop paying your standing order for any reason during the season and wish to con nue to train and play matches you of course can, but will have to pay as a casual member for the rest of the season, including paying your registra on fee - The club reserves the right to deal with any issues regarding membership on a case by case basis. - As a member of the club you have access to join the commi ee and influence how the club is run, we eagerly encourage you to join and help out in any way possible.
