Failure to make a broadcast or for a competitor to hear a broadcast will not be grounds for a request for redress. This changes rule 62.1(a). 9.5 In the event of a general recall (s) the RC will start the same fleet as had the general recall with the warning signal 5 minutes before the starting signal.
