rexcorp islanders inspire R excorp Islanders Inspire is the New York Islanders new turnkey charity initiative in which area businesses and individuals purchase tickets for underprivileged children for home games at the Nassau Coliseum. Rexcorp Islanders Inspire transcends the goals of most charitable ticket programs by also providing round-trip bus transportation to Islanders games for the children in need. When the Islanders host Kids Opening Day on Oct. 6 against the Washington Capitals at 2:00 pm, more than 1,000 children in need from Long Island will be the guests of Rexcorp Islanders Inspire and its benefactors. A contribution of $3,600 to Rexcorp Islanders Inspire provides game tickets and round-trip transportation for 100 underprivileged children (actual value of package: $7,650).
