Bullwinkle's Korner Where exactly do the months go they seem to fly by so very quickly. July is here again!! I know many clubs will be having patriotic dance as we will this month. We are so blessed to live in the USA! We have many who will be headed on vacations this month. Many are going to Red River as well as other fun places; we wish safe travels for all. KUER's KORNER - From the Peltons Our 10th Anniversary Party We would like to invite all the Kuzzins to our 10 year Wedding Anniversary Party at Swingtime Center, Sunday afternoon, July 23, from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. It's a square and round dance party. Early rounds will be from 2:00 to 3:00. From 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. will be squares and rounds with Bobby Willis calling and area cuers helping JL cue. We would love to see all our Kuzzins at our party. Refresher Lessons Refresher Lessons start Saturday, September 2 at Plano Senior Center 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The Senior Center is at 401 W. 16th Street just off the south access road of 75 and north of George Bush. These are lessons and practice dancing, like an easy round dance club. If you have had some lessons, no matter what rhythm, but are really rusty or if your dancing level is easy square dance rounds, this is perfect for you to refresh your dancing skills and to be able to get out on the dance floor. The class curriculum will be set by the dancers who sign up for the class. Signup opens in early August on the Plano Parks and Recreation Center website. We'll be sure to have the course number in the August Kuzzins newsletter. It's That Time of Year Here is our lessons flyer. It's July and we have about 6 weeks before the lessons start. Make sure your prospects are ready to start. Again, if you have prospects, be sure to give their names and contact information to Roger & Cathy. Also note that there will be a lessons notice included in VALPAK to be coming out soon. The Swinging Stars and Kuzzins have joined forces to make this possible. The Kuzzins' coupon will be going out to 30,000 homes North and East of the Bush Turnpike in several cities including Rowlett, North Garland, Sachse and Murphy.
