All are asked to pitch in to clean up the dishes, counters, tables and kitchen. If anyone transfers food into JPYC dishes, those dishes need to be washed at the end of the event. If anyone cooks food in the kitchen, pots, pans and cooking utensils need to be washed and returned to their proper place. Please do not rely on the Galley Committee to clean after every event. Let s make keeping our galley clean, a team activity. Thank you for your cooperation. Reports by Ann Dillenback: Mast Stepping & Storage Do you need mast (un)stepping and storage services? Consider the Jackson Park Yacht Club. To best accommodate your requests, please be in communication earlier in the daytime (prior to 3:00 p.m.) on regular business days. Remember to prepare your boat prior to mast (un)stepping by removing any extra lines, taking the sails down/off, removing the boom, and loosening the secondary shrouds. Also, if you are someone that chooses to store your mast at JPYC, make sure to label it. Any masts that are not labeled will be permanently removed. Race Committee Do you enjoy being on the Lake?
