Enclosed you will find a summer golf application, rules agreement form, credit check authorization form to be completed by new members, mandatory credit card addendum, optional direct debit form, and a security barcode application for your car(s). Whether you are a returning member or new member, each form must be signed, accompanied by a check, and returned in order to complete the acceptance process. To maintain our private country club atmosphere, Quail Ridge has placed a limit on the number of summer golf participants. Applications will be accepted on a first come first served basis, so we strongly urge you to get your applications in early! Please note the following relating to Summer Membership privileges: Participation will be from April 28 th through October 28 th with no restrictions. Unlimited use of the Clubhouse, golf courses, practice areas, and the fitness center. Dues are $1800 plus 7% tax (single or family). For those who are already Resident Social or Full Non-Resident Tennis, the dues are $1200 plus 7% tax (single or family), and include handicap service and bag storage. Cart Fees are $25 per 18-hole round or $13 per 9-hole round. A summer member is allowed to invite guests. Guest fees are $40 per 18-hole round or $20 per 9-hole round, plus cart fee. Each guest will be allowed to play no more than a total of six (6) times for the period between April 28 th and October 28 th regardless of who invites them. Tennis privileges may be added for an additional $200 fee. (Be sure to indicate this option on the enclosed application) New applicants are required to complete a credit check. A $75.00 fee will apply. Please note, continuation of membership will be subject to all rules and behavior standards of the Club. SUMMER MEMBERSHIP RULES AGREEMENT Quail Ridge Country Club is pleased with your consideration of joining our 2018 Summer Membership Program. In order to ensure that everyone has a pleasant experience, it is very important that each summer applicant is familiar with the Rules and Regulations of Quail Ridge Country Club. Below is a synopsis of the most important rules to be followed and subsequently a place to sign your name thereby indicating you have read the rules and will abide by them. This is part of the application and must be returned with the application in order for you to become a summer member at Quail Ridge. Any indebtedness to the Club becomes payable when the monthly statements are mailed. If the entire new balance is not paid by the first day of the next month, a finance charge at the highest rate permitted by law, will be applied and compounded monthly. If not paid within 45 days after the billing date, the name of the member will be posted and no further privileges shall be extended to the member and/or guest. Should collection be necessary, the member will pay all costs and charges incurred at the Club, plus reasonable attorney s fees and costs. Dues are non-refundable and golf privileges are non-transferable. There is no pro-ration on dues. All members must follow the dress code for the Clubhouse, golf course, and practice areas. It is the member s responsibility to ensure that their guests are dressed appropriately. All players must check in at the Golf Shop before going out to play. When the Golf Shop is closed, all players are required to check in with the Bag Room attendant(s). All guests must be registered in the Golf Shop before playing. Pace of play is required to be 4 hours or less for 18 holes. Course care it is expected that all players make every effort to leave the golf courses in better condition than when they found it. Please repair ball marks, fill divots with sand, and rake bunkers. All golf carts must be off the golf course by 8:00 p.m. daily. All play will start on #1 or #10 and must be with the approval of the Golf Shop or starter. All players must follow the dress code for the golf course and practice areas. Cell phones must be kept in silent or vibrate mode. The audible use of cell phones is prohibited. No smoking is permitted in the Clubhouse. I/We have read the above list of Rules in regards to Summer Golf Application at Quail Ridge and agree that my guests and I/We will abide by them during the length of the membership. I/We understand that failure to follow the Rules of the Club will result in the termination of my summer privileges.
