X International Cadet free-style Tournament Prix of the Olympic champion Buvaysar Saitiev Krasnoyarsk, Russia October 24-26, 2014 REGULATION I. General Provisions The FS IT Prix of the Olympic champion Buvaysar Saitiev will be organized by Wrestling Federation of Russia, Krasnoyarsk Regional Ministry of Sport, Krasnoyarsk Chief Department of Physical Culture and Sport and Buvaisar Saytiev foundation. II. Date and Venue Competitions will be held from 24 October to 26 October, 2014. Venue: Ivan Yariguin Palace of Sport, Krasnoyarsk III. Participation Delegations received the official invitations will be admitted to participate in the following composition: Wrestlers Leader-coach Referees Doctor Total 11 1 1 1 14 10-9 1 1-12-11 8 & less 1 - - 9 & less IV. Technical conditions Competitions will be held subject to the Regulations of International Federation of Associated Wrestling Styles FILA in the following weight cat.:42,46,50,54,58,63,69,76,85,100,120 kg Tolerance 1 kg. Referees of international category are admitted to officiate the competition. V. Financial conditions The travel expenses of delegations to the place of competition and its departure will be born by the sending National Federations. Subject to FILA Regulations the host country will bear the expenses to accommodate the teams and the FILA representative as per requirements to organize the international competitions. The Organizer will bear the following expenses on: - Reception and seeing off the delegations in Krasnoyarsk; - Meals and accommodation in a hotel (3 stars) in Krasnoyarsk on 24 October to 26 October, 2014 - trainings The National Federation must pay 100USD per person per day for the delegation with more members than allowed in the above table as well as for the delegation which will stay longer. VI. Awarding The Organizers will award the following prizes: 1 st 50 000 rubles (fifty thousand) medals, diploma 2 nd 30 000 rubles (thirty thousand) medals, diploma 3 rd 15 000 rubles (fifteen thousand) medals, diploma Coach of the winner 10 000 rubles (ten thousand) Best wrestler of the tournament 30 000 rubles (thirty thousand) Best foreign wrestler of the tournament 30 000 rubles (thirty thousand) Best wrestler in the weight category 76 kg 30 000 rubles (thirty thousand). VII. Miscellaneous The entries must be sent to the FILA and the Organizing Committee as follows: Deadline for the preliminary entries is 15 October, 2014. Deadline for the nominative entries is 18 October, 2014. Deadline for the final entry is 21 October, 2014 by 16.00 (Krasnoyarsk time). To provide visas in time we need a copy of passport to be sent to the Organizing Committee.
