The PTO of Ridge Park Elementary is proud to announce our annual spring carnival, Friday, May 11th! This is such an exciting event! This is our biggest fundraiser of the year-all proceeds benefit the students of Ridge Park. Our carnival will be filled with games, rides, refreshments, prizes, and, of course, our Raffle Table! Remember, not only will this be a fun-filled event, but also our efforts together will benefit our children AND Ridge Park Elementary School. TICKETS AND WRIST BANDS PRESALE DETAILS: Tickets and Wristbands are HALF PRICE when ordering in advance! Presale (Until May 1st): After May 1st:.25 per ticket.50 per ticket $5 per wristband $10 per wristband If you plan on enjoying a full day of fun, playing every game once, and having dinner, drink, and snack, we suggest approximately 48 tickets per person (please see ticket charts attached). Purchasing tickets in advance will save a lot of money! CARNIVAL WISH LIST There is so much planning, time and money that goes into making our Carnival a success. Would you please consider donating an item from our wish list? We need the following: 15 cases bottled water (16.9 oz bottles/24 bottles to a case) 8 cases of Sprite (12 count) 5 cases of Coke (12 count) 8 cases of Diet Coke (12 count) 25 packs of juice boxes (8-10 count per box) Potato chips or snack items (20/30 count, individual bags to sell) Bake sale items (individually wrapped) can include: cupcakes, brownies, cookies (2 to a Ziploc bag), Rice Krispie treats Ring Pops, Laffy Taffy s, candy bars, Tootsie Roll Lollipops, etc. 100 Cakes for the Cake Walk Items can be dropped off in the lobby prior to the event. DON T MISS THE RAFFLES! Thanks to the generosity of the families of Ridge Park, as well as local businesses & organizations, we have collected some incredible items for our raffle table. Because these items have been donated, 100% of the proceeds benefit the students of Ridge Park! All raffle items will be displayed in the gym. RAFFLE TICKETS: Carnival tickets: Most raffle prizes require a standard carnival ticket Dollar Raffle Tickets: Larger prizes, including teacher raffles and classroom baskets require the $1 raffle tickets. ALL RAFFLE TICKETS MUST HAVE YOUR NAME AND PHONE NUMBER CLEARLY PRINTED ON THE BACK. **TIP: Fill out your raffle tickets in advance or print labels to make it faster to submit your entries!** The raffle table will shut down for entries at 6:30 p.m. so that we may draw winners in a timely manner that is fair for all participants. Teacher Donated Raffles Teachers will raffle off a gift of their time. This raffle is designed to treat the children to a special activity with the teachers. Come see what our teachers have in store for us! As with all carnival revenue, 100% of the proceeds will go to Ridge Park. These raffle tickets are $1 per ticket. By being a family sponsor, your support will be displayed for everyone to see around the school! When you contribute ONLY $5.00, your child s name will be written on a balloon that will float around our school!!
