How can I stay informed about Golf Events and Golf Operations? To insure that ITCC members are kept updated of event dates, formats, hours of operation, etc., the following resources can be accessed: 1. Golf Program Book The Golf Shop publishes this Golf Program Booklet which is available on our club website: www.indiantrailsclub.com/news/ This booklet contains important information on all club events that have been scheduled for the season. It is advised that our members access the website and print a copy of the Golf Program Book for reference throughout the season. The Golf Program Book will contain all event information, including dates, times, formats and eligibility. 2. Monthly Forecast Newsletter The monthly Forecast includes more detailed information about what is upcoming, such as Hours of Operation, Upcoming Events, dates, times, and formats for all of our golf programs. The Forecast is our primary means of communication with our members. If members do not read the newsletter, they will miss out on key information. Our club newsletter is available on the club s event bulletin board, on the website, and is emailed monthly to the membership. 3. Sign-Up Sheets Each member event will have a sign-up sheet on the clubhouse bulletin board. The sign-up sheet will contain all information for that particular event: date, time, format, cost, pairing information (whether players form their own groups), etc. 4. Communicate directly with me You can always communicate directly with me either by phone or e-mail regarding upcoming events, instruction, equipment needs, or any questions regarding your club. 4

Indian Trails Country Club Player and Course Etiquette Golf is a game that is intended to be played by ladies and gentlemen. With the alarming lack of civility found in the world today, ITCC encourages all members and their guests to show pride in the game and in our golf course by treating others with respect and contributing to the daily upkeep and maintenance of the course. Therefore, we ask all of our members and their guests to keep the following in mind so that their golf experience at ITCC will be second to none: Rake bunkers after hitting your shot. Repair all ball marks by pushing the grass to the center of the mark. Tap the old mark flat with your putter. Replace your divots. Use sand containers (where available) to fill in divots. Observe all golf cart signage and keep golf carts at least 30 feet from all greens. Keep golf carts on cart paths when cart paths are available. Always check in with the Golf Shop before starting your round. Please do not start your round from hole #10 without permission from the Golf Shop. Allow faster groups to play through. If the group behind is pushing you, please ask them to play through. Thank you for your help and consideration in treating fellow members, guests, staff, and our golf course with respect. 5

Indian Trails Country Club Golf Rules & Regulations GOLF ATTIRE Some sort of footwear is required. (Golf shoes, tennis/athletic shoes, etc.) Metal spikes are prohibited. Men: Collared golf shirts are preferred. T-shirts are allowed. However, no tank tops or cutoffs, please. Women: Golf appropriate attire, use your best judgement. GOLF GUESTS / NON-MEMBERS Members are required to advise their guests of golf course rules and general club rules including dress requirements. Green Fees are as follows and apply to all guests ages 13 and over (figures include tax): 18-Hole Guest: Weekday: $24.00 (walking) $39.00 (with cart) Weekend: $29.00 (walking) $44.00 (with cart) 9-Hole Guest: Weekday: $15.00 (walking) $25.00 (with cart) Weekend $18.00 (walking) $28.00 (with cart) GENERAL GOLF RULES All golfers must report to the Golf Shop before beginning play. Play is governed by tee times. Tee times may be made up to 14 days in advance in person or by calling (402) 528-3404. 6

Play will start from #1 Tee. Only with permission from the Golf Shop, golfers may start on #10 for a 9 hole round only, and must check #9 green to make sure they are not cutting in front of another group. All groups must finish 9 holes in 2 hours or less. Groups taking longer than 2 hours for 9 holes may be asked to increase their speed of play or skip holes to make up for the difference in time. Five-somes are allowed at ITCC but they must play in a timely manner. Players reporting late for their tee time will be rescheduled at the next available tee time. If your tee time is 1:00 p.m. and you have not teed off by 1:00 p. m. the next group will have priority. When weather causes termination of play, credits for greens and cart fees will be prorated by the number of holes played. There will be a 9- hole charge for between 4 and 12 holes played and an 18 hole charge for between 13 and 18 holes played. It is the golfer s responsibility to let the Golf Shop know if play was discontinued in order to receive credit. Fog/Frost delays do NOT move tee times back. Tee times lost to fog or frost are cancelled and must be rescheduled by the player. If you are making a tee time in the spring or fall, allow for the possibility of a frost delay. GOLF CART RULES AND INFORMATION Privately owned carts stored at ITCC may only be driven by those members paying for said storage. Borrowing of member carts is not permitted. Members are not allowed to let others borrow their cart. Anyone who is found to have borrowed a cart will be charged a cart fee from the golf shop and is subject to possible membership suspension. Each operator of an ITCC owned golf cart must be at least 16 years old and have a valid driver s license. Each driver is financially responsible for any damage incurred to the cart or to any ITCC property. No more than 2 persons per cart. Small children however, may ride between parents on a cart. Please do NOT let children drive carts. Carts should never be closer than 30 feet from any putting green. Please keep carts off all slopes around greens. Carts must stay on paths around greens and tee boxes when available. All cart traffic signage must be followed. Please do not park your cart off to the side of the cart path. Please report any cart damage BEFORE teeing off to avoid being held responsible for any damages. 7

2018 LADIES GOLF LEAGUES Ladies Senior Morning League The Ladies Senior League is a 9-hole scramble. There is no need to sign-up; teams are drawn each morning after all players have arrived. Members and non-members are welcome to play. There is a small fee each week which covers golf, cart use, prizes and lunch. Shotgun start at 9:00 a.m. League play is every Tuesday morning beginning May 1 st and continuing until September 25 th, unless otherwise noted. Ladies Wednesday Evening League For 2018 we again will have 2 ladies leagues to choose from; 9 Hole Team League- This is a golf format that will provide a good mix of fun and competition. Members will sign up as 2-person teams. Teams will be playing a 1 Net Best Ball. The 2-lady team concept was designed to allow ladies to play with their regular friends, but also allow them to socialize with the rest of the league members by being paired against a different 2-lady team each week. Additionally, if a team member cannot be present, the team can still compete by finding a sub, or even playing as a team of 1. By using the 1 Net Best Ball format, ladies can still compete without being discouraged by a bad hole or two. This format will reduce the pressure to perform a little, but it will still give those wanting to post a good score a chance to compete. 9 Hole Individual League- The Individual league will be 1 on 1 matches. Win or lose, it s all on you! 12 Points are up for grabs each match, 1 point is earned for each hole won and 3 points are earned for best total 9 hole score. Cost: The cost to play in the Ladies Wednesday Evening League is $50.00 per player, which includes the cost of your GHIN handicap for the season, end of year payouts and weekly flag prizes. All entry fee money is paid back out to the ladies league players; the club does not keep anything. Time: Both leagues will shotgun start at 5:45 p.m. Season Dates/Event: There will be 12 total weeks of league play, and 1 Women s Fun Night. First night: May 16 th Fun Night: July 18 th 15

Last Night: August 15 th Fall League Fall League is open to men and women. The formats are fun, and do not require you to participate every week (we hope you will want to be there each week, but we understand this is not always possible). You sign up as a 2-person team. Each night of fall league will be a separate event with each team playing against the field. There will be a separate payout for each night. A Sign-Up Sheet for the Fall League will be posted on the bulletin board when the calendar gets close to fall. Fall League will be played at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday nights and will last 6 weeks, September 5 th through October 10 th. The deadline for Fall League sign-up will be September 1 st. 16

MENS GOLF LEAGUES Men s Senior Morning League Men s Senior League is a 9-hole scramble. There is no need to sign up; teams are drawn after all players have arrived. Members and non-members are welcome to play. There is a small fee each week which covers golf, cart use, prizes and lunch. Shotgun start at 9:00 a.m. League play is every Wednesday morning May 2 nd through September 26 th, unless otherwise noted. Men s Evening League Don t miss out on the most popular competitive golf program at ITCC! The Men s Evening League sign-up sheet is posted on the golf shop bulletin board. You can sign up in person, by phone or by e- mail. Dates & Starting Time: We draw for teams April 10 th and begin regular season league play on April 17 th. We do a 5:00 p.m. shotgun start. If one of your team members can t make it, you may find a sub. Players are responsible for finding their own subs. Please call the Golf Shop by noon on Tuesdays (528-3404) if your team has a substitute player so that we can make the necessary changes on the scorecard. Format: 4-Man teams consisting of an A, B, C, and D player compete each week. Teams will be selected by random draw at the Men s League Drawing night, Tuesday, April 10 th. League dues are payable at that time to the men s league committee. Scoring: There are 12 points at stake for every 9 hole match of league play; 1 point per hole = 9 points for 9 holes. 3 points for low net 9 hole score. After the match, one player from the group is responsible for returning the scorecard to the golf shop. It should be completely filled out with the correct score and points awarded for each player. You will need to record your score and points on the Men s League Bulletin Board score sheet. Forfeiture of points or match: If a player is a no-show, they forfeit 9 points to their opponent. If they arrive late (meaning their group has teed off their starting hole) the player will then forfeit that hole and record a score of 1 net stroke higher than his opponent. 17

Handicap Reporting: The Golf Shop will post your 9 hole league scores into the GHIN system. Rainouts: If rained out before all matches have 6 holes completed, all matches are cancelled and no points are awarded. If match is rained out after 6 holes or more are completed, points won at the halt of play will be counted and the rest of the holes will be ties. Cost: League dues (amount yet to be determined) will be paid directly to the men s league committee on or before the first night of league play. Cash or check only please. Advanced Junior Program The advanced Junior Program is geared towards juniors who want to play competitive golf at the high school and collegiate level. In order to participate in the program, the junior golfer must be at least 13 years of age. The advanced program is based completely upon individual instruction and work ethic of the junior. The junior golfer is entitled to unlimited instruction with PGA Professional Adam Person, upon completion of 4 hours of individual practice. This requires the junior to sign in and out at the golf shop and log practice time on the driving range or putting green. (Playing holes will not count as practice time) Advanced Junior Program Fee: $50 per Junior *Please Note: The Advanced Junior Program is designed to help the Junior Golfer understand and appreciate the importance of practice, self-discipline, and personal responsibility. For this reason I ask that the Junior Golfer (not the parent) be the one to set up his or her own lesson upon completion of the 4 hours of practice. 21
