Rules and Conditions: 1. All Dressage classes will be judged under current BRITISH DRESSAGE rules. 2. All competitors must wear correct riding gear and all persons riding on the show ground must wear protective headgear to the current British Dressage rulebook view BD website for full details regarding headgear. 3. Misuse of whip and spurs will entail elimination. 4. The decision of the judge is final. 5. No horse or pony may be entered more than once in any one class. 6. No horse or pony under the age of 4 years may compete in any dressage class. 7. Withdrawals made after the closing dates will receive a 50% refund if accompanied by a doctors/vet certificate. 8. Objections must be lodged with the secretary, in writing, with a deposit of 25 before the awards in the class concerned are made. The deposit is returnable if the objection is sustained or considered reasonable. 9. The organisers reserve the right to refuse any entry without stating a reason, to close a class at any time, to vary the order, timing and composition of the schedule if considered expedient. 10. Any person seen riding in a manner likely to endanger the safety of the public or detrimental to the interests of Eaglesfeld Equestrian Events Limited will be asked to leave the Show ground. 11. Late entries are those received after the closing date 13th May 2014 and will be taken at the discretion of the secretary, time and numbers permitting at a late entry fee of 18.00 12. Competitors who fail to ring for their times will be deemed to have withdrawn and their places will be offered to competitors on the waiting list. There will be NO refunds in these cases 13. Dogs must be kept on short leads and under control at all times. 14. NO LUNGEING ALLOWED 15. The organisers cannot accept any claim for accidents or injury to competitors, onlookers, their property, horses or ponies in their charge in connection with or arising out of this event and it is a condition of entry that each entrant shall indemnify the organisers against legal action arising out ofany such incident. 16. Competitors must comply with Ring Stewards requests at all times. 17. Whilst the organisers will make every reasonable attempt to comply with current Health and Safety regulations it is the sole responsibility of all competitors to ensure that they are satisfied with the facilities before competing. 18. NO MUCKING OUT OF HORSE BOXES/TRAILERS ON THE SHOWGROUND.
Three different routes: 1. From the M26 at Wrotham Take the 2a exit then first left at the roundabout (A227 sign posted to Wrotham and Gravesend). Take the third exit at the next roundabout (A20 Brands Hatch, WestKingsdown), over the motorway to the next roundabout, then take the first exit (A20 Brands Hatch, West Kingsdown). At the top of Wrotham hill go straight over the roundabout. Continue pass Horse & Groom pub on right. Taking the next right signposted New Ash Green, Ash and Hartley (South Ash Road). Immediately pass the Woodlands Garden Centre on the left. Follow the road past the Anchor & Hope pub on the right. Having gone through Ash village, you will come to a 40 mph sign, then the Heaver Tropical Fish Aquarium Shop on the left and a petrol station, also on the left. At the next small cross roads turn left into West Yoke (sign-posted Fawkham) and Eaglesfield Equestrian Centre is half a mile along on the left. Distance from the A20 is about 3 miles. 2. From Longfield From Longfield take the Ash Road through Hartley. At the roundabout coming into New Ash Green take the third exit towards Ash. Pass the Royal Oak public house on the left. At the small cross roads turn right into West Yoke. Eaglesfield Equestrian Centre is half a mile along on the left. 3. From A20/Farningham Follow A20 through West Kingsdown about one mile after going under the Motorway bridge turn left at the road signposted Ash, New Ash Green and Hartley (South Ash Road). Immediately pass the Woodlands Garden Centre on the left. Follow the road past the Anchor & Hope pub on the right.
