CONDITIONS The Committee reserves the right to alter the program, and the Committee s decision will be final. All competitors must be financial members of the ABCRA. The event will run under the ABCRA guidelines. All scratchings incur a $15 fee if not advised before 9am Monday, 4 December 2017. Scratchings received after this time will forfeit whole nomination fee. unless extenuating circumstances apply. Campdraft entries limited to 10 first round runs per competitor (excluding Shootout and Open-for-Open events). $30 camping per vehicle (inclusive of stabling), must be paid via Campdraft Central with entries non-payment could forfeit nominations. Stables available, or electric fences may be erected. Competitors are asked to please be mindful to restrict camping area and keep horse yards to 3x3m per horse. All drafts to be awarded to 10th place (excluding Shootout). Competitors using out-of-bounds areas for horses and camping will be required to move. All Encouragement riders and riders under 18 years of age must wear helmets while competing in all events. All riders are encouraged to wear helmets while mounted.
