Thank you! Show Dates: May 11-14. The 11 th and 12 th are during school, the 13 th and 14 th are in the evening. Fee: The participation fee is $75.00. All cast members and stage crew must pay this fee. The fee includes the script and a cast T-shirt. It is non-refundable if a student drops out of the play. A $5 fee will be charged for any lost or damaged scripts/vocal books. Rehearsal Schedule: Most after-school rehearsals will take place on Thursdays from 3:30-5:30. There will be some vocal/choreography rehearsals on Fridays. The class during school hours will be held each Friday, when school is in session, from 2:35 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. The exact cast members that need to attend each rehearsal will be posted on the Junior High Bulletin Board and emailed. Please plan on being available every Thursday after school, until you are notified of specific days you will not be needed. It is the student s responsibility to check the Musical schedule every day because it may change. There will be a play link from the St. Hugo home page. We try to update this on a daily basis. We will also use e-mails to communicate with parents. Attendance: Attendance at rehearsal is mandatory. Your absence may affect the entire rehearsal, and should not be taken lightly. In the event of an unavoidable conflict, you must let Mr. Pacifico know immediately. Missing more than two rehearsals may require a change in your part or role in the Musical. Mr. Pacifico needs to be notified by a parent, prior to a rehearsal, if a student needs to leave early.!!!important!!! If, after looking at the rehearsal schedule, you see that you will need to miss 3 or more rehearsals please let Mr. Pacifico know immediately. We may need to change your role with the Musical. Attendance at Run thru s and Dress Rehearsals are mandatory. Please mark your calendars. Costumes: As a cast member, you may be asked to purchase some costume items, such as shoes, dance shoes, tights, etc. These items will belong to you after the show. Rehearsal Supervision All cast parents will be assigned to supervise at least one rehearsal. If you are unable to supervise the rehearsal you are assigned to, you will need to find another cast parent to either trade with or sub for you. Your assistance is necessary for our directors to focus on producing the show.

Rehearsal/Performance Conduct Failure to comply may result in being sent home! All students MUST bring their script and a pencil to every rehearsal. Please mark your script with your name. Students are to respect and follow direction from supervisors, including directors, parent volunteers, and high-school student volunteers. Students are to respect each other as fellow actors and friends. Lines and blocking (movement) are to be memorized when indicated on the rehearsal schedule. Lines are to be memorized AS WRITTEN, not paraphrased! Students are to respect the set, props and costumes. They are for the sole purpose of the play. Abuse of any of these items will not be tolerated. The prop table is OFF LIMITS to anyone not on the prop crew. Costumes are OFF LIMITS to anyone other than the wearer of the costume. All props used onstage are to be returned to the prop table by the last person using it. Dropping it somewhere backstage is unacceptable.
