Prize money can be used in payment of entry fees if wished. Please let me know. Spirit Award of a set of Dunlop tyres was presented to Greg Holloway of SWB Motorsport for his focus and perseverance, as well as hard work with the team to beat his personal bests. This award may be given at each round if we feel any party in our Championship deserves additional congratulations for their spirit of motorsport. We also congratulate Ash for becoming a new BRDC Rising Star; and also for his determination and spirit in getting straight back in the driving seat after his horrifying morning accident. The Snap-On Business Solutions Technician Award of 150 voucher was awarded to Andy Richardson of Richardson Racing, for a regularly well presented car for each event. The technical team look for somebody who has demonstrated excellence in a team. Should you need more results packs of the event please download them from www.tsl-timing.com (link on our website). Photographs of the event are available on www.jakobebrey.com. 1.2 The Sunday race, Round 21 was broadcast around 16:20 that day on both ITV4, ITV4 HD and online at www.itv.com along with highlights from Round 20. It is possible to purchase footage of Round 21 (without interviews) from Penny Mattocks. This is for personal use only, and may not be broadcast on any part of the internet. 1.3 Judicial. Interviews with drivers, entrant team managers, data analysis and viewing of official television, track and in-car footage for various incidents through the weekend involving cars 6, 11, 18 and 25 were covered by the Clerk of the Course to ascertain how various on-track incidents occurred in race and qualifying sessions. Drivers also spoke to the Clerk of the Course in an advisory category. Drivers are reminded to keep aware of flag signals. Track limits were violated in control areas by 4 cars and penalties applied. After Round 20 (race 2) driver of car 18 was found guilty of contravening MSA regulation C1.1.5 Driving in a manner incompatible with general safety, and/or departing from the standard of a reasonably competent driver. The penalty applied for this was 3 grid places for round 21 and 3 penalty points on his licence. Our own Championship Regulations (4.2.2) particularly address C1.1.5 and the driver forfeits Championship points from that round, if this regulation is breached. 1.3.1 Please note Championship Regulation 4.2.2.1. After the first incident where Penalty Points are applied, each Penalty Point imposed will subsequently then also deduct 3 Championship Points against that driver. Rounds 22, 23 and 24 Rockingham Circuit. 5-7 September. 2.1 Cold Pit Lane: Support Race cars are not permitted to drive down the Cold Pit Lane (the area between the garages and the small concrete wall in the Pit Lane). The only time they should be in the Cold Pit Lane is when they cross it from the Assembly Area to the Pit Lane.

2.2 Vehicle Access into the circuit: ALL vehicles should enter the circuit via the main gate (Mitchell Road) for Thursday Parking Up and on Saturday, September 6. Any vehicles that do not have Paddock passes will be shown into the Competitors Car Parks by circuit security. It will be possible to enter the circuit via the Birchington Road/ Steel Road Roundabout (Shelton Road entrance) on Sunday, September 7, only. See additional map and traffic information (Rockingham Additional Competitor Information) 2.3 Teams exit from the circuit: ALL teams and race personnel are advised to leave the circuit on Sunday, September 7, via the Birchington Road/Steel Road Roundabout route (Shelton Road entrance) and not the main entrance at Mitchell Road. Teams can start to leave as usual at the start of the third BTCC race (16:40), but the circuit will stop transporters leaving the Outer Paddock between 17:15 and 18:00 to ease the clearance of the public car parks. However, our last race is just before BTCC, so we will not be leaving early. 2.4 Competitors Car Parks: The Competitors Car Park for Support Races is over the road from & opposite the roadway leading to the Support Race Paddock (not in the Paddock or on the gravel directly in front of it!) in Blue Zone VIP Parking 2. The circuit advises entering via the Birchington Road/Steel Road Roundabout route (Shelton Road entrance) on Sunday, September 7, for easiest access to this car park. 2.5 Live Television: PLEASE NOTE: Due to the demands of the live ITV broadcast, the event timetable on Sunday is flexible to allow for any unforeseen circumstances on the day. Therefore start times, particularly for the BTCC races, may change at short notice and teams/competitors will be notified by event officials if/when that happens. 2.5.1 TV Footage copy. Advise Penny Mattocks if you would like a copy of the ITV4 footage for our final race on the Sunday (1 round only). 2.6 Support Race Pit Lane Entry / Exit and re-fuelling during testing: Entry for Support Race Pit Lane equipment for the race weekend, including the Friday test day, is via the gap into the Pit Lane between Garages 12 and 12a. Teams must approach that gap using the back access road behind the BTCC paddock and then turn left when opposite the gap (near the entrance to the Scrutineering Bay) they must not go through the middle of the BTCC paddock! Race car entry into the Pit Lane for the entire event (including the test day) is via the Assembly Area at the back of Garage 1 (again cars should approach that area using the back access road behind the BTCC paddock ensuring a roadway is left clear for emergency vehicle access to the Med Centre). Race cars should not be driven through the BTCC paddock and should NOT be driven in the Cold Pit Lane they should be pushed if it is necessary to be in the Cold Pit Lane! Exit for Support Race Pit Lane equipment for all three days is through the gap next to Garage 36. Re-fuelling during testing (if necessary) should only take place in the Cold Pit Lane in front of garages 1 and 2). All Support Race large pit equipment should be in the Cold Pit Lane next to the wall, not next to the front of the garages. 2.7 Ticket Collection Point: Rockingham will operate a ticket collection point (marked on the map attached with this Bulletin). 2.8 Waste cardboard: Rockingham recycles all waste cardboard so Support Race teams are advised to leave their flattened waste cardboard with MSO.

2.9 Timetable Timetable as it applies to our Championship only is included at the end of this information, along with the full revised schedule of the race meeting. Any teams that arrive on Wednesday will be kept in a holding area overnight inside the circuit near the Security Hut. There will be no exceptions to this, since there is a corporate client using the venue. 4 Important Notes for All Competitors 4.1 The mandatory parking-up times are shown in the timetable. 4.2 There is strictly no access to the main Pit Lane for BTCC vehicles during the test sessions on Friday however teams will be permitted to push their cars into the Cold Pit Lane as long as the Support Races have space for their pit trolleys during their sessions. 4.3 Please note it is not permitted to drive any pins or stakes into the Paddock surface. A fine of 100 plus reinstatement costs may be levied by the circuit for each and every breach of this rule. A limited supply of concrete blocks is available from the circuit. 4.4 The Fire Lane at the rear of the Pit Garages must be kept totally clear at all times. 4.5 The Competitors Car Parks are as stated in 2.4. All private cars, crew buses, vans etc. should be parked there. No cars unless vital to the running of the meeting will be permitted access to the paddocks. 4.6 Pedestrian access to the Centre Paddock from the car parks and Outer Paddock is via the two pedestrian tunnels. The first, the South Tunnel, runs underneath the exit of the Pit Lane (enter near Stairway 3), is one-way for entering the paddock (during busy periods only). The second, the North Tunnel, runs under Turn 4 (or the entry to the Pit Lane) and operates both ways. 4.7 Empty Carless fuel cans should be left neatly in the fuel container compound which will be next to the waste oil store in the Support Race paddock. Waste oil should be disposed of in a proper manner using the waste oil drums in the Support Race Paddock. Please ensure that all waste oil is placed in the waste oil facilities and not put into empty Carless fuel cans (along with any other substances) as these incur high costs to recycle and the costs will be passed on to all teams in your Championship. Please order your fuel from Wendy now. 4.8 All used tyres must be removed from the venue at the end of the event. Please order your tyres from Dunlop now. 4.9 A pass-out system will be in operation on Sunday, September 7. Anyone with a TOCA pass that needs to leave the circuit must make sure they see a security guard at the main gate to get the pass out. Anyone who tries to get back in the circuit with a scratched pass and without the pass out will be refused re-admission. Please ensure all your team members and guests understand this. 5 Full Revised Provisional Timetable: A full event timetable (Version 3) for the Rockingham Championship Meeting is on a separate page below: Penny Mattocks Dunlop MSA Formula Ford Championship of Great Britain Co-ordinator Ref.
