THE NATIONAL BUOY PROGRAM (PNBOIA) ISABP / DBCP The National Buoy Program has the goal of collecting oceanographic and meteorological data in the Atlantic Ocean, by a buoy network in support to meteorological and oceano- graphic activities in Brazil. a) Maintain and enlarge the moored and drifting buoys network; and b) Disseminate data on a real time base on GTS.
