RULES Place and Date Inscriptions Participants Competition System Material Doping Control Video Arbitration Checking Equipment Opening Ceremony and Date: from 17 to 24 de April 2015. Place: National Sports Stadium Santiago, Chile. Must be sent the numeral registration with date march 2nd to 18.30 hrs with the objective that the organizing committee can: coordinate transportation Airport Hotels Competition Venue and Trainings Occupation Program Training room, etc. The nominal registration, must be endorsed by each National Federation, will be made through the website of FIE, at the times and amounts set forth therein, and must send a copy to the Chilean Fencing Federation, with the complete details of participants, with their respective photos, to the mail panamsantiago2015@esgrima.cl. Registration fee per individual event is: USD 30 Registration fee per team event is: USD 120 A maximum of four fencers may participate, older than 13 years per country, Weapon and specialty, in the individual competition and 3 plus 1 reserve by teams. Competition System, will take effect in accordance with current regulations of the FIE. Materials: It must comply with the safety standards of Regulation FIE. Doping Control: Doping Controls will be performed following doping Rules of the FIE. Video arbitration system approved by the FIE will be used. Will be held at the site of Competition, the day before eachc competition, according to schedules that are reported in Appendix attached. Protocol Technical Directory Refereeing Accommodation and Food Transportation International Airport Meetings Awarding Transients Visas Confirmation of flights drive with the national anthem and the flag of their country. The opening ceremony will be held on April 18, 2015, at 18.00 hours. The President of the Technical Directory, Delegates of Commissions (Refereeing, Medical and Semi) and referees of competition will be proposed by the CPE to the Executive Committee of the FIE, which will give the ratification. The Organizing Committee will cover the expenses under the Administrative Rules of the FIE. As noted FIE, a proposal from the CPE, appoint the refereeing delegate and 4 Referees, corresponding to the organizing Federation assume their expenses under Administrative Rules of the FIE. Each participating country with more than 5 fencers should be considered along with his delegation, a FIE referee by their own charge; the organizing entity, will cover the costs of internal transportation accommodation and food, of those who have been designated formally. Accommodation options and Food are attached in Annex I. We must note that it is the exclusive responsibility of the participating delegations, booking directly the reservation in the proposed hotels that offer discounts for participating countries. Noteworthy that April is the month with high demand in Santiago for International Congresses and events There will be transportation from airport to hotel and hotel to airport for participating delegations provided that they report their arrival and departure no later than March 17 at 18:30 hours, to the next mail addresses: panamsantiago2015@esgrima.cl. esgrima@tie.cl. Last minute changes or members of official delegations who do not report their flight plans may not be considered by the Organizing Committee. Refereeing Meeting: 17 de April, at 18.00 hours. Awards are granted to the 1 st, 2 nd and two 3 rd places in individual competition. Teams: 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd. Matters not provided for in this convene will be resolved by the Technical Directory of the competition. Is attached the list of countries who requiring visa to entry Chile. We recommend you consult Annex III attached list to see if your delegation require visa for entry. Those who need it, received this convene shall promptly list of its members with a copy of their passport. If it necessary, the Federation will send an official invitation individualized for each of the members of the Delegation.
