Leadership qualities: Benedictine University: Captain 2 nd year Best Complete Player Award From his first day at Benedictine, Izzy was a massive help to me on and off the field. The team was pretty inexperienced and to be honest not very good. Izzy worked extremely hard to keep the team together and despite being the youngest player, Izzy was an excellent leader. Although the team struggled with quite a few losses, Izzy kept us in many matches and in my opinion was one of the top players in our conference. As part of my role as coach, I regularly meet with the players individually. Numerous times I have been told that Izzy s work ethic and attitude are the best they ve seen. His influence is not only in games but also at practice, and in talking to the younger players about the importance of academics and off-field behavior. He was the current team captain. - Benedictine University - Head Coach Rob Kettle FC Barrington: Captain 1 year West Chicago Community High School: Captain two years, Best Complete Player Award, MVP Senior Year
