Educate YCs and RCs so that kite and windsurf circles may be added to regattas globally

Venue Requirements - Kite Staging Area area where kites are rigged, launched, and landed Grassy field or beach is ideal Must have side shore (parallel) to onshore wind conditions May be a drive or boat ride away from the club Could be a submerged sandbar, island, or boat launch Flat water is preferred but not necessary Stable (not puffy) breeze is preferred May want a back-up location in case of off-shore breeze What to Avoid Crowds Excessively close buildings Overhead buildings, wires, trees Busy roads Submerged objects Excessive cold
