Course Information Brookhaven s three historic courses were designed and built in 1957 by Golf Course Architect, Press Maxwell. The world class driving range and five acres of practice greens and bunkers provide the ideal environment for any golf tournament. MASTERS COURSE The Masters is our most challenging course and a great way to test your golf skills. GOLF options All three courses are available for Monday outings. Morning and afternoon shotgun starts available. Brookhaven can accommodate charity golf tournaments, corporate or team building outings, 9-hole outings and junior tournaments. Enhance Your Experience ON COURSE CONTESTS We would be happy to set up on-course contests including: closest to the pin, long drive, straight drive and longest putt holed. HOLE-IN-ONE Hole-in-one insurance can be provided through several different companies. Ask us for more information on hole-in-one insurance. GOLF CLINICS Brookhaven s golf professionals can facilitate a 30 minute or 1 hour golf clinic for your guests. Choose from an introductory, short game, putting or full swing clinic. ACTIVITIES FOR NON-GOLFERS During play, allow the non-golfers in your group the opportunity to enjoy the experience as well with a wine tasting at the firepit or a putting contest! COMFORT STATIONS Give your guests a break with a station between holes. Some options are a Lemonade & Cookie station, Beer & Chips station, Frozen Treat station or Hot Chocolate & Coffee station. FOOD and BEVERAGES MEETING PACKAGES FROM THE BAR Create an experience for your guests or employees that they will remember and talk about for years to come. Our Tournament Sales Director will personally put together the right package to meet your needs. Please call for a customized proposal. Meet & Swing Rate includes nine or 18 holes of golf combined with a breakfast and lunch. Nine & Dine Rate includes nine holes of golf followed by a plated dinner or buffet. Nine & 19th Hole Rate includes nine holes of golf followed by a 19th hole cocktail hour with or without hors d oeuvres. CONSUMPTION BAR All beverages consumed will be charged to the master bill. Host selects types of beverages and brand level to be offered. DRINK TICKETS Host purchases tickets from Brookhaven & host distributes up to three drink tickets per person. Host will be charged on consumption rather than tickets distributed. POLICIES and PROCEDURES DONATED PRODUCT Per TABC regulations and Brookhaven s Club policy, no alcoholic beverages may be brought onto or removed from Club property. A donated product fee will apply. This fee covers the set-up and maintenance of coolers and/or beverage carts during play. Donated lunch may be provided outside the clubhouse only. No outside (donated) food or beverages may be brought into the clubhouse. Outside caterers are responsible for utensils, napkins, plates, flatware and any other items needed for service of their product. Donated products are only allowed for charity golf tournaments. DRESS CODE Proper golf attire is required. The dress code is as follows: collared shirts only, no jeans and golf shoes must have soft spikes. GOLF CART OPERATION You are required to have a valid driver s license to operate a golf cart. We also ask that all players exercise caution while driving near lakes, creeks and low hanging tree limbs. GOLF COURSE ETIQUETTE We kindly ask that all players respect the golf courses during the round. Please use repair tools when necessary, smooth bunkers after playing the shot and fill divots with the sand that is provided. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS When scheduling an event, a signed contract and deposit is required to secure your date. All deposits are non-refundable. TAX, GRATUITY & PARKING 20% gratuity is added to all food and beverage charges. Sales tax of 8.25% is added to all items excluding alcoholic beverages. Tax exempt groups must provide state recognized and approved tax exempt form prior to event. Self-parking is complimentary at all times. You are welcome to add a valet service to your event for an additional fee. GUARANTEE Guest guarantees are due seven (7) business days prior to your event. In the event the Club does not receive a guarantee, the number of guests previously indicated on your signed contract will serve as the guarantee. Actual charges will depend on the guaranteed number of actual attendance, whichever is greater. If the number in attendance exceeds your guarantee, the Club will prepare additional meals if at all possible at a higher rate. The same meal can not always be guaranteed. 8

From Downtown Dallas: Take Dallas Tollway north to I-635 Exit. Go west on I-635 to Marsh Lane. Turn Right at light and proceed to the 4th stop light (Brookhaven Club Dr.) Turn left and go to stop sign and turn right at stop sign. You will pass the Main Pro Shop for the Racquet Club on your left, and the Main Clubhouse is on the right. Via I-75 (Central Expressway): Take I-75 north to I-635 Exit. Go west to Marsh Lane. Turn right at light and proceed to the 4th stoplight (Brookhaven club Drive) Turn left and go to stop sign.
