Dog Agility RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY It shall be deemed a condition of entry that the Organisers, the Landowner, and his agents shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to competitors, onlookers, their property, servants or horses and ponies, howsoever caused on the showground. In all cases, the Judges decision is final. Any objections must be made to the show organizers accompanied by a deposit of 10.00 within half an hour of the said offence. The deposit will only be returned if the objection is upheld. Hard hats must be worn at all times when mounted, correctly fitted with the chin strap fastened, and must be to current British Standard. Please walk between rings - No cantering or galloping is permitted outside the ring. All dogs must be kept on a lead. Dogs are strictly prohibited from the secretary s tent. No refund of entry fee will be made except on the receipt of a vets or doctors certificate. A 3.00 admin charge will be made on any refund. Refunds will not be given if a competitor misses a class, it is the competitors responsibility to ensure that classes do not clash. The show committee reserves the right to cancel the show, alter classes, judges, times or any of the published information. In the event of cancellations entry fees will be refunded less 3.00 per entry to cover administration costs. Ridden horses must be 4 years and over. Entries may be limited, classes may be split or closed. All entries will be taken on a first come first served basis. No mucking out of horses boxes or trailers on to the field. All horses and ponies must have a passport with them on the day. We ask that trophies are engraved. A 20.00 refundable deposit will be required for any perpetual trophies before they are taken off the premises. Deposits will only be refunded if the trophy has been engraved. Advisory Notice Horse riding IS A RISK SPORT. Even the most reliable horses can be unpredictable at times, and accidents can happen which could result in you being injured.
