There will only be 1000 tickets sold and they are going fast. The price for the tickets are 1 ticket for $5 or 5 tickets for $20. The winning ticket will be drawn on March 13th, 2018. The 35th Annual Fundraising Banquet is almost here! We are looking forward to seeing you all at our banquet. Please get your registrations in as soon as you can. Our new auctioneers, Jay Fiske and his son Dale of Northwest Benefit Auctions, will get things started and will keep the party going! They will also be our Masters of Ceremony for the evening. We will have several activities for the whole family to enjoy. There will be an Antler Toss, Face Painting, Plinko, Corn Hole and Grab Bags that our younger guests will enjoy. We have a Youth Wall of Dreams with a Shotgun, Rifles, a Youth Bowtech Compound Bow and a Reel Camera HD, just to name a few items they can win. The Youth must be in attendance to purchase and win the items on the Youth Wall of Dreams. Our General Bucket Raffle and Silent Auction have some great trips and packages the Oregon Zoo, Wildlife Safari, Pendleton Round Up, High Desert Museum, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Golfing and popular local Wineries. The Live Auction includes a Caribou Hunt, a Moose Hunt, a guided Fishing Trip, Shooting packages through Threat Dynamics, a Deer or Elk European Mount, beautiful Artwork, a Gun Safe, a Hawaiian Trip, Optics like a SIG Sauer Oscar 3 Spotting Scope, and Portland Trailblazer tickets in the finest seats in the house Center court directly behind the scoreboard and announcer for the March 30th game vs the Clippers, including parking! We have other games too, like Winners Choice and 50/50. Raffles for Veterans in attendance, Membership, Survey Raffle, Key Raffle, Dinner Line Gun and the Rose Pistol. We will also have a Raffle for a Wall Tent plus other camping items to go with it. When a Full Table Package is purchased all at one time, then one gun will be included in that #5 Table Package Purchase. (See #5 on the registration and contact us for any questions.) Don t forget the Les Schwab Raffle. The prize this year is a Howa 6.5 Creedmoor rifle. Purchase your tickets on the banquet registration form or from a board member. Ticket prices are 1 for $10 or 3 for $25. There will only be 250 tickets sold. Tickets will be sold first come, first served. Our banquet venue does not have an ATM so please bring Cash or your Checkbook. You will have the ability to get cash from our main desk, however, we do need to state that there will be a $3 charge for every credit card transaction processed.
