ACCOMMODATION The FIS Ski Jumping Grand Prix Almaty 2015 Organizing Committee takes care of the full board accommodation for the athletes and officials according to FIS Quotas. The bookings for national teams-participants of FIS Ski jumping Grand Prix are organized by the LOC according to the sent entries. For competitors and officials not included in the quota, the Organizing Committee provides full board accommodation with price 100 CHF/night/person All the bookings and accommodation request shall be sent directly to the LOC of Almaty kskia@hotmail.com by August 24 th 2015 TEAMS HOTELS: Olympica (Sport Center Baganashil ) www.baganashil.kz
KAZAKHSTAN FIS HOTEL: Alpen Ville (Sport Center Baganashil ) If there any NSA who has made its own accommodation arrangements is obliged to inform the LOC about the fact not later than September, the 1 st, 2015 The LOC does not guarantee the availability of accommodation for requests and entries sent later than September, 1 st, 2015. However, if there are vacant rooms left at the LOC's disposal these will be provided to teams on request.
ARRIVAL ALMATY International Airport, 25 km from the Ski Jumping Hills and the hotels, 30 minutes' drive CHARTER FLIGHT OFFER In cooperation with OC of SGP in Chaikovskiy the following charter flight can be offered to the participants: Total flight cost makes 61 200 EURO ( 12 697 000 KZT). Aircraft: BOEING 737-300 Capacity: 144 seats economy class Type of service: economy class service Passenger s check-in procedures at the airports will be in the general halls. The airport of departure - Bolshoe Savino (Perm, RU.). * Cost is actual for present day, possible change of cost: this cost can be change after specification of dates and schedules of flight, perhaps of changing the airport rates and passenger taxes. The cost includes: the cost of flight hour, airport passenger taxes and cost of ground handling service (including the cost of aviation fuel at the airports), the cost of air navigation providing along a route, daily allowance of flight and technical staff : the cost of crew meal according to the established norms, the cost of passengers meal type economy class, Passenger s check-in procedures at the airports of a departure/arrival in the general halls. TRANSFERS AND TRANSPORTATION Airport pick-ups will be provided on team s requests. We kindly ask you to specify the date and the time of your departure so we can arrange inform the hotel on the individual check-out times and provide you with a transfer. Shuttle bus services for teams and officials will be provided between the Hotels and Ski Jumping Hills / race- office free of charge during the official training and competition days. SKI WAXING AND SERVICE AREA Ski wax cabins will be located at the Ski Jumping Complex. DOPING CONTROL According to FIS Standards and Rules. FIS LICENCE To be eligible for participation in the FIS Ski Jumping Grand Prix all the jumpers must have a valid FIS Code. INSURANCE All athletes need the insurance arranged by their National Ski Associations. The Organizing Committee is not responsible for any injuries of the athletes neither for the damage or lost property. LANGUAGE The official language is English. PRESS CENTER The main Press Center will be located at the International Complex of Ski Jumping Hills. We strongly advice to send names and documents for all athletes and officials who might be traveling to Almaty for the event as invitations are issued for each individually. Please note that the documents should be sent to the official email address, no later AUGUST 13 th, 2015. For any request after AUGUST 13th, 2015 OC will not guarantee visa issuance.!!!
