The weight stack is enclosed in protective panels. WARNING It is important to pay attention to the labels affixed to, as they provide information about possible risks and hazards. and the cable The equipment is supplied fully assembled in a carton and protected by cellophane wrapping, and secured to a pallet. The equipment can be lifted and handled using normal lifting machine. In order to ensure the safety of persons and property, carefully determine the lifting and handling machine used as a function of the place of installation. 04194017 15

and the cable To guarantee safe, comfortable and effective use of, the place of installation must comply with certain specific requirements; in particular, before choosing where to install it is recommended to check the following: - temperature between +10 C and +25 C; - sufficient ventilation to maintain a humidity level between 20% and 90%, when is in use; - adequate lighting, so that the physical exercise takes place in pleasant and relaxing conditions; - sufficient clearance on all sides of, taking into account its maximum dimensions during the movements, necessary for safety reasons; - a flat, stable and vibration-free floor surface, with adequate carrying capacity for s weight. If is installed in a public recreational area, the place must conform to all the requirements prescribed by the regulations in force. WARNING The equipment must be installed and used in a place whose access and supervision are specifically controlled by the owner. 16

and the cable WARNING The safety of is assured only on condition that it is carefully inspected for signs of damage and/or wear every two weeks. Replace defective and worn components immediately, or alternatively remove from service. The equipment should always be kept clean and free of dust, in compliance with good hygiene practice, especially if it is used in a gym or by more than one person. To clean the padded parts, use a moist cloth or a sponge and mild soap. Every week, clean the outer parts of using a damp sponge. WARNING Be careful not to rub with excessive force on the drawings and instructions shown on the labels. cont. 22

and the cable To lubricate the weight stack guides: - remove the back panel of the weight stack (following the instructions found in the section ); - use a soft cloth to remove any dust and oil residues from the guides; - slightly moisten the cloth with the oil supplied; - using this cloth, apply a very thin layer of lubricant over the guides, being careful not to apply too much; - replace the back panel of the weight stack (following the instructions found in the section in reverse order). For maintenance actions not described in this manual, call in the Technogym. 23

the cable and the cable - insert the new cable in the cam (E) and make sure that the metal section of the cable goes beyond the hole of the cable locking device (F); - insert the cable locking device (F) under the cam (E) and pull the cable as far as the cable locking device stays locked; - keeping the cable taut all the time, insert the new cable in the cam (B); - keeping the attachment (G) fastened, screw the adjuster (D) and adjust the of the cable; - tighten the lock nut (C) and fit the cap (A). and the cable If will not be used for a prolonged period, it is recommended to store it: - in a clean and dry place, covered with a cloth to protect it from dust; - in an environment with a temperature between +10 C and +25 C and a humidity between 20% and 90%. For correct storage, use the original packing materials. 34

To lower the seat you can remain seated; un-weight the seat to raise it. Select the workload with the pin (B). Use the ROM lever (C) to bring the levers closer and select the starting position.
