Player Arrival times Program Details and Conduct Rules Hotel Arrival: Traveling Players are expected to arrive Sunday evening January 2ndat the Delta Beausajour between 3:00pm and 8:00pm All players under 18 are to inform Bernard Frenette upon arrival at (506) 878-3676 Cell - if he is not present in the Lobby. Camp Venue Arrival: Local players are expected to be at the Coliseum Monday Morning at 8:30am (doors open at 8:00am} Hotel Players Schedule Wake-up call for rooms will be set for 6:45am/ Breakfast: 7:00am to 8:00am/Hotel Shuttle leaves at 8:15am/Warm-up 8:30am /Training at 9:00am-12:00pm/Lunch (Provided) and Recovery - 12noon to 1:45pm/Warm-up 1:45pm-2:00pm/Training 2:00pm to 5:00pm/Hotel Shuttle leaves Coliseum at 5:15pm/ Arrival Hotel 5:30pm Players Departure: All Players requiring drives are to be picked up between 5pm 5:30pm Thursday, January 6 th at the Moncton Coliseum, 377 Killam Drive, E1C 3T1 Equipment Requested: Water Bottle Large Towel this will be used for a specific training exercise Tennis Ball Good Condition Resistance Band appropriate for your strength

Evening Hotel Activities Evening Social Room Peticodiac room 6:00pm to 10:00pm- Common room for all athletes to gather for socializing, eating delivery dinners, card tables, Projector videos of Olympic Badminton. Swimming full pool hours access for athletes over the age of 18. All athletes under the age of 18 permitted from 7pm to 8:30pm (Lifeguard in attendance for the hours of 7pm to 8:30pm.) Safety: Certified First Aid attendant present at hotel and coliseum (Lifeguard in attendance at pool between the hours of 7pm to 8:30pm.) Under 18 years of age Camp Participants without Parent / Coach Accompaniment or written exemption by the participants parents will follow the conduct rules below 1. Will not be permitted to leave the hotel unless accompanied by an Adult and approved by Bernard Frenette. 2. 10:30pm in room curfew will be enforced and a room check will be done at this time by an adult of the same gender 3. Will not be permitted in any hotel room other than their own and will not be allowed to have guests in their room as well (with the exception of the players social room/ pool/ restaurants. 4. Pool swim times will be limited from 7pm to 8:30pm as this is when a lifeguard will be present 5. Checklist will be conducted to ensure these under 18 participants are on shuttle bus. 6. All activity in the Hotel for the these under 18 participants will be monitored by Bernard Frenette Rules applying to all Participants No Alcohol will be permitted for any registered participant regardless of age. The Moncton Badminton Club reserves the right do dismiss any participant who clearly is uncooperative to the conduct listed in this information flyer.
