Accreditation cards will be issued only after payment of all remaining duties. 20 EUR will be charged in case of loss of the accreditation card. During the accreditation the passports or other ID cards will be checked, please do not forget to bring it with you.

If you did not receive final invoice or send last payment later, please, bring confirmation of the payment from your bank. ACCOMMODATION RULES In case of late hotel booking cancelation penalty will be charged by the Organizing Committee. Please refer to your contract. The Organizing Committee does not take any responsibility for extra services at your hotels (i.e. mini bar, telephone, parking, etc). Those costs are directly collected by the hotels. Please note that hotel rooms are to be vacated until 10:00 on the day of your departure. Upon arrival the hotels may request a deposit according to size of teams directly from the individual as guarantee for any eventual damage caused or any extra service. The hotel will refund the deposit on departure deducting the actual cost incurred! LAST INFORMATION 10 th - 13 th September 2015 PARKING TEAMS Team leaders will receive parking pass valid for parking space at the venue. The car number plate needs to be written on the pass (for exact locations please refer to attached map). Parking is open from 6:30 a.m. BUSES Upon the first arrival buses have to stop at the parking # 6. After accreditation and obtaining of parking pass buses can go to the venue for unloading (max 4 hours). After that bus has to return to the parking place # 6. CARS Upon the first arrival the cars have to stop at the parking # 15. After accreditation and obtaining of parking pass cars can park at the place # 5 at the venue. VISITORS Designated parking place for visitors is # 14. Parking is open from 6:30 a.m. till 12 p.m. Overnight stay strictly forbidden. CARAVANS Designated place # 13. Overnight stay based on fee payment only. Parking is open from 6:30 a.m. till 12 p.m. TRAINING For both kinds of boats the training is available on Tuesday- Wednesday according to the time table available on event web. During the training please follow the traffic rules attached to this info. INFORMATION Information for team leaders will be provided at the Information Centre at Team Area (please refer to map for exact location). We would like to kindly ask that the Information Centre accessed only by team leaders. Check your inbox regularly for any information (i.e. results, draws, weather, etc.) No information about races in the accreditation centre please. INTERNET Wireless internet connection will be available free of charge. Information will be also available at the event website www.facebook.com/canoeracice or twitter.com/canoeracice Records of the races will be at championships YouTube channel www.youtube.com/user/canoeracice CAMPSITE Please go to accreditation first as entry only upon the accreditation and payment of the all charges is possible (for prices please visit the event website/teams/ Accommodation). Every person will get the strip confirming the payment. The camp staff will accompany you to the free place for tents (first comes first serves) and mark the selected space. Campsite is divided into two parts (see the map), the #1 for tents without cars only. Campsite will be opened on Tuesday, September 8 and closed on Monday, September 14 at 12:00. Between midnight and 6 a.m. the gates are closed. MEDICAL Medical Service will be provided during the official training period and the duration of the competition (for exact location of Medical Service and Water Rescue please refer to the attached map). Medical Service will operate at the regatta course with ambulance and first aid. The costs above the regular care are to be covered by the medical insurance policy the Organizing Committee does not take any responsibility for such expenditures.
LAST INFORMATION 10 th - 13 th September 2015 ATHLETE SERVICES WATER DISTRIBUTION During competition days, bottled water (1,5l/per racing day/ accredited person) can be collected in concrete building (# 16) next to the finish tower. Please note only one team leader per team can pick up the water. Distribution will be open at the racing days at 7:30-12:30. TEAM AREAS Every team will have designated rest area together with other teams from the same state. TEAM LEADERS MEETING Team Leaders Meeting will take place in the accreditation building # 12 on Wednesday 9. 9. 2015 at 14:00. OPENING CEREMONY At the venue on Wednesday 9. 9. 2015 at 19:00. The ceremony will start with the flag parade of all participants so we kindly ask you to asamble your team at 18:30 at the athletes area where the organizers with national flags and country signs will expect you. After the official ceremony a cultural programme will follow for details please see the event FB. CLOSING CEREMONY At the venue on Sunday 13. 9. 2015 at 18:00. The concert of Prague Conspiracy and Dragon Oldies Party will follow please see FB. START LIST Start list for Thursday 10. 9. competition will be available at the website as soon as possible after the team leaders meeting. It will be also available on Thursday morning at Information Centre. VENUE TRANSPORT You will receive shuttle timetable during accreditation and it will also be provided at the reception desk in your hotel and at the Event web side. Please note: OC will not provide any transport from the culture programs (Dance Party, Closing Party). You can call the taxi on +420 607 593 855. COMPETITION ID CONTROL ID checks will be carried out by ICF Race Officials, to ensure that only those Competitors shown on a Teams Nominal Entries are competing in the Championships. BOAT ALLOCATION Crews will be allocated to boats in accordance with the starting list. Crews will NOT be allowed to pre-select a boat for any race or to race in a boat not provided by the Organizing Committee. RACING VEST NUMBERS Vest numbers will not be used. PADDLE CONTROL Paddles of both ICF and IDBF standards are acceptable (please see the attachment). Limited number of paddles according to the ICF standard will be available for renting. Please check the price on event website. SEAT PADS Seat pads are generally allowed.
LAST INFORMATION 10 th - 13 th September 2015 ALTERATIONS OF ENTRIES AND WITHDRAWALS ENTRIES After the team leaders meeting has been closed, no modifications in the final entry list including the names of the competitors and substitudes will be allowed. The entry fee will not be reimbursed in the case of withdrawal. RACE START Fixed block start system will be used. In accordance with ICF Rules the start order is Attention Go! Alternatively to Go there may be used a starting pistol or horn. AWARD CEREMONY Let us kindly remind you, to strictly observe the schedule of award ceremonies. All athletes in their club outfit and shoes together with the team leader of winning crew are kindly requested to report to the protocol room at the bottom of the finish tower. The first three place winners of each event will receive medals. PROTEST FEE Protest fee is EUR 25.
