Proof of Concept R&D The All Japan F3 Championship is one of the most respected F3 series in the world. It is known to produce future champions in Super Formula, Formula One and SuperGT. The race weekends are combined with either Super Formula, Super GT or Asia GT and Lamborghini Super Trofeo, which means multiple events that attract thousands of fans, in addition to incredible viewership thru TV/ Social Media. When combined with SuperGT and SuperFormula, numbers show around 150,000 viewers on YouTube in English, and high exposure to close to 300,000 subscribers on MotorsportTV. The races are also broadcasted free on FujiTV as well as Jsport Premium with close to 2 Million subscribers in Japan alone. Between 40,00-75,000 fans attend the races depending on the location. We are certain that by becoming a partner/sponsor of Bruno Carneiro Motorsports we can generate incredible long lasting exposure and good will to the YOUR COMPANY and associated companies. 7

Activate the Environment In professional motorsports, the series, the teams, the drivers and events all operate under the influence of marketing. Examples include: Driver partnership of race events with inclusion of the YOUR COMPANY name logo Grand displays of YOUR COMPANY logo along driver s suits, cars, helmets exc. Interaction with fans involving YOUR COMPANY name Getting the company s name displayed throughout the entire race weekend to media, public and the people interacting with the event. 8

Generate New Business to Business Leads (B2B) The drivers, teams, organizers, sponsors and promoters of the All Japan F3 Championship have business relations with many local, regional and multi-national companies. Partnership with Bruno Carneiro includes access to numerous teams and drivers that have business relations with local and regional and multi-national companies. All the teams and drivers leverage their participation in the All Japan F3 Championship for positive business gain for their investors and marketing partners. 9

Increased Brand Awareness Visible branding on race team assets is what creates the spark for the entire program. YOUR COMPANY would receive branding on all race team assets, with final design and livery at the discretion of YOUR COMPANY. YOUR COMPANY logos and brand identifiers would be used in all references to the race team (Example: B-Max/YOUR COMPANY/Rodizio Grill/Dallara/Volkswagen). Assets include, but are not limited to: The B-Max/YOUR COMPANY/Super Formula The driver s race uniforms and helmet The team transporter that will be traveling from across Japan in 2018 between Races/Testing All the team pit equipment, team scooter and other pit vehicles All printed materials including media letterhead, posters, autograph cards and more All team-controlled social media channels Additionally, YOUR COMPANY would receive the unrestricted use of images of the race car and team in action. Possible uses could include online advertising campaigns, and social media channels to grow awareness. 10

Leveraging Partners, Vendors and Suppliers Pass Through Rights: If YOUR COMPANY has numerous partners and companies working well along with them. The assets that are owned by YOUR COMPANY through the motorsports programs can be Passed Through to select partners in exchange for; Co-Op Advertisement funds Exclusive products, pricing and terms Other value based opportunities Example 1: Other companies related to YOUR COMPANY desire to partner with YOUR COMPANY to host prospects at a select race event. The YOUR COMPANY Companies would combine the race events and their proof of concept environment with off-site seminars. Investment Required For all race team assets as defined in this proposal, which includes; (based on agreed sponsorship amount) Primary branding on all race team assets YOUR COMPANY listed as entrant name on correspondence 2 annual team-level hard card credentials 2 single event, team level credentials for each event 2 VIP guest passes including event admission per event 1 private driver meet and greet per track day Unrestricted use of content for use at YOUR COMPANY s discretion (advertising, marketing, social media) 2 FREE off-site (away from race track) driver appearances* per year at Company s events Plus, plus, plus much more In exchange for all the above listed benefits, the estimated investment from YOUR COMPANY will be: 1) Bronze: US$ 5,000 - Weekly posts on all Bruno s social media outlets with pictures of the driver endorsing the ReMAX brand by wearing YOUR COMPANY s hats or T-shirts, etc. 2) Silver: US$ 10,000 - Same as above plus: Logo on the race suit s arm. Monthly Newsletters with YOUR COMPANY logo on the side banner. Logos on the videos of all race weekend report videos. 3) Gold: US$ 20,000 - Same as above plus: Strong presence on daily posts on social media outlets and press releases. Logos of up to 10 cm in 4 areas of the race car. Banners, postcards shared with fans and international media. 4) VIP: US$ 50,000 - Same as above plus: Logos up to 30 cm in 4 areas of the car, logos on torso of the race suit, promotional t-shirts, posters and souvenirs. Two VIP credentials for full team access. 5) Premium: US$ 100,000 - Same as above plus: Logos of up to 80 cm on side pods and nose of the car. Logos on torso of the race suit and Helmet. Title partner with team, company s logos on hats, driver s clothing and team gear. Special passes, special driver s visits and so much more. Note: Payments can be made in 3 (Three) installments from March to June 2018 For a long term investment, there is the possibility YOUR COMPANY having a percentage of Bruno Carneiro Motorsports as a brand. * Driver s Airfare and accommodations not included. 18

Bruno has been fundraising for 9 years, going door to door in all kinds of weather on average 4-5 nights a week and around 400 houses a week to raise money for his racing. - Bruno is also a motivational speaker sharing the importance of parents involvement in a child s life and how kids and teens need to make productive choices in their life to make a career and follow their dreams.
