The Organisers accept no liability whatsoever for accident to spectators, competitors, animals or their equipment, howsoever caused. Admission is granted and accepted only on this condition. 2. Appropriate hard hats must be worn at all times when riding on the show ground. 3. The decision of the Judges will be final. 4. No galloping on the showground. Please do not exercise horses in horse box field. Ground is very flinty. Plenty of room on showground. 5. Sorry, no dogs allowed as this is a working farm. 6. Once judging has commenced, latecomers enter the ring at the Judges discretion. 7. No horse or pony under 4 years old to be ridden on the show ground. 8. Vets and Doctors certificates for non attendance must be returned to Secretary for any refund of entry fees. 9. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel or alter the Show or any classes. In the event of the Show being cancelled - entries will be refunded less 2.00 per competitor to cover administration costs. 10. The Organisers reserve the right to check the age and height of any horse and the age of any rider. 11. Championship and named trophies to be signed for and retained for one year. Deposits will be required. 12. It is recommended that all horses and ponies are inoculated against equine influenza and a valid flu certificate may be requested if any horse is deemed to be unwell and/or with a contagious illness. The committee hold the right to ask for the horse or pony to be removed from the show ground. 13. Entries in all classes will be limited. Late entries may only be accepted if class is not closed. The committee reserve the right to refuse entries. 14. Entries will be 8.00 per class and will close 28th August 2015. Entries taken on the day will be 9.00 per class. 15. Whilst every effort is made to run classes on time, it is the responsibility of competitors to ensure that they do not enter classes that may clash. If a competitor is delayed in any class and is required in another class, please inform the Steward. 16. Objections must be made direct to the Secretary in writing within 30 minutes of the relevant incident together with a deposit of 10 which will be returned if the objection is sustained. 17..
