Disyembre 1-3 Disyembre 2 Himig ng Diliman Pag-iilaw 2016 Oblation Plaza 6 n.g. 5 th International Conference on Asian Network for GIS-based Historical Studies (ANGIS) Balay Kalinaw Conference Hall 8 a.m. 5 p.m. Focusing on Asian history and aiming to promote multidisciplinary approaches in exploring historical processes, the upcoming ANGIS Conference will serve as a venue for popularizing innovative methods such as digital visualization, analysis of data using time information systems, and the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in analyzing and interpreting historical data that are being undertaken by both academics and practitioners in the fields of history, geography, heritage studies, spatial analysis and modelling, visualization and GIS. The conference fee is P4,000.00 for regular participants and paper presenters, P1,000.00 for graduate students and P500.00 for undergraduate students. Regular participants will be provided with a conference kit, lunch and snacks for the whole duration of the conference. For particulars, please email angis.manila@ gmail.com. 3
