Excellent communication and planning from start of the project to finish. Our new quartz kitchen countertops are beautiful. The removal of the old and installation of the new were seamless. We couldn't be more satisfied with the professional, knowledgeable, and courteous treatment and services we received... The sales/coordinator folks were very professional and willing to go the extra mile. However the crew that makes the final cuts to the actual stone need some help/improvement. The cuts and measurements were Not done with pride in craftsmanship. Lots of gaps on edges and one Major Gap in a corner. Untunately we had an uneseen incident during installation and it set back our project by more than two months. Jeff and Kayt did their best to remedy the situation. The template measurer brought another job paperwork in with mine and kept mixing the two. His measurements were 13 square feet off. Showing I needed 13 square feet more than I really did. When I questioned this I was told... This is the second time I have used Precision Countertops and everyone that I worked with or talked were helpful and professional. My phone calls were always returned quickly. Highly recommend this company. I enjoyed working with Precision as they were right on top of everything from the get go. After purchasing the kitchen from Home Depot, Precision called me to set up the counter top installation. Through this whole process I never made one phone call to Precision they took charge of every thing. Smooth process - love my counter tops! The counter tops were built wrong, the instaallation crew screwed up the sink counter so had to have it redone, the bar top was made wrong twice, what should have been a 30 day project ended up taken 5 months final completion. The installers were friendly, professional, there when they said they would be and worked to make sure everything was perfect when they left. We would recommend them to anyone! Everything was done when it was scheduled or earlier. Had absolutely no problem. Very impressed with this company! Time will really tell if I'm truly satisfied with materials and workmanship, but ordering and installation went off without a hitch and it looks great. relies on KURT K. They were unable to complete install on the first day because of incorrect communication between the guy who did the quote and the engineers regarding support brackets. We had to come up with our own solution and obtain the correct materials. There was an issue regarding fabrication... Precision countertops was a courteous, professional company regarding the installation of our quartz bathroom counter top. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new counter top installed. Team arrived spot on time, and completed the work with minimum fuss and mess, all within about 90 minutes. Shelby was very professional and was always available to consult with.
