Sticks are about 2 meters apart. Players change position continuously as shown. 5 players work with one ball. This soccer drill focuses on one touch passing and wall passing. Technique of inside pass with locked ankle is basic requirement of this drill. Players need to pay attention to the pace of passes and quick feet movements. Team of eight plays in a 4:4 formation with 2 inner attackers, 2 wingers, two inner midfielders and 2 full backs. Goalkeeper of the team of eight restarts the game when ball is out of the field. Team of seven basically defends. When they win the ball they have to perform a counter attack.
