Document SM04 STEWARDS SUMMARY OF JUDICIAL OUTCOMES, Update #5: FINAL issued Sunday 25 March 2018 at 1600hrs. Matters from Race 6: At the request of 23Red Racing, the DRD investigated an Incident involving contact between Car #23, Michael Caruso, and Car #230, Will Davison, at Turn 3 on Lap 1 and determined the matter did not warrant referral to the Stewards as no Driver was wholly or predominately at fault for the Incident. The Incident involving Cars #34, James Golding, Car #21, Tim Blanchard, Car #99, Anton de Pasquale 2 and Car #25, James Courtney, remains under investigation and it will be reconvened at the next round of the Championship. The Stewards imposed the following penalties during the Race: 5 seconds on Car #6 for a Driving Infringement (Schedule B2, Article 2.1.1 Careless Driving contact with Car #99, Anton de Pasquale, at Turn 3 on Lap 1); a PLP equivalent Time Penalty (40 seconds) on Car #18 for a breach of the Safety Car Restart procedures (Rule D10.2.13 any Car 2 or more laps behind the lead Car at the restart must reposition itself by driving through the Pit Lane). Further Matters from Race 5: Following the receipt of new evidence from Car #15, Rick Kelly, the DRD re-opened his investigation into the Incident between Car #99, Anton de Pasquale, and Car #15, Rick Kelly, that occurred in Race 5. Upon considering the fresh evidence, the DRD determined that the matter did warrant a referral to the Stewards for a breach of the Rules. Following a DRD investigation and an admission by Car #99, Anton de Pasquale, of a breach of Schedule B2, Article 2.1.1 (Careless Driving - failure to leave racing room at the exit of T13 resulting in Car #15, Rick Kelly, losing 4 positions) the Stewards imposed a 5 second post-race Time Penalty on Car #99, Anton de Pasquale. STEWARDS SUMMARY OF JUDICIAL OUTCOMES, Update #4: issued Saturday 24 March 2018 at 2025hrs. Matters from Race 5: P a g e 1

At the request of Motorsport Holdings (Castrol Racing) the DRD conducted a post-race investigation in to an alleged Incident involving Car #99, Anton de Pasquale, and Car #15, Rick Kelly, at Turn 11 on Lap 2 and determined the matter did not referral to the Stewards as no breach of the rules was established. Following from the receipt of a Pit Lane Official s report, the DRD investigated an alleged Pit Lane Infringement (alleged unsafe Pit Bay release) by Car #15, Rick Kelly, and determined that the matter did not referral to the Stewards as no breach of the rules was established. During the Race the Stewards imposed the following Penalties: a Fine of $3,000 and the loss of 30 Teams Championship points on Erebus Motorsport Pty Ltd for a breach of Rule D11.7.2 (During any Pit Stop all equipment and parts must always be under the complete control of the Designated Pit Crew a wheel of Car #9 was observed to roll away from the Car during its Pit Stop); a 5 second Time Penalty was imposed on Car #25, James Courtney, for a Driving Infringement (breach of Schedule B2, Article 2.1.1 Careless Driving contact with Car #888, Craig Lowndes, at Turn 9); a Pit Lane Penalty was applied to Car #56, Richie Stanaway, for a Pit Lane Infringement (Rule D11.4.2 - Pit Lane Speed Limit Car #56 at 44 kph at Pit Entry). Matters from Race 4: During the Race the DRD reviewed the Incident at Turn 12 on Lap 2 involving Car #97, Shane van Gisbergen, shortcutting the Circuit and determined the matter did not warrant referral to the Stewards as no breach of the rules was established. The DRD conducted a post-race investigation into the Incident on Lap 3 at Turn 3 involving Car #35, Todd Hazlewood, Car #78, Simona de Silvestro and Car #33, Garth Tander, and determined that the matter did not warrant referral to the Stewards as no Driver was wholly or predominately blame for the Incident. At the request of Triple Eight Race Engineering, the DRD conducted a post-race investigation into the Incident on Lap 9 at Turn 15 involving Car #7, Andre Heimgartner, and Car #888 Craig Lowndes, and determined the matter did not warrant referral to the Stewards as no breach of the rules was established. During its Pit Stop, a wheel from Car #56, Richie Stanaway, was observed by a Supercars Official to roll from the working lane and cross into the fast lane of Pit Lane. The Stewards imposed a Fine of $3,000 and the loss of 30 Teams Championship points on Tickford Racing for a breach of Rule D11.7.2 (During any Pit Stop all equipment and parts must always be under the complete control of the Designated Pit Crew).
