How to get to the Venue: By flight: Airports: Torp Airport Sandefjord, Train to Larvik, Bus or taxi to Nevlunghavn/Oddanesand or Gardermoen Airport Train to Larvik (train station). Bus or taxi from the railway station to Nevlunghavn/Oddanesand. By bus/car: Oddanesand Camping, Oddaneveien 73, 3296 Nevlunghavn 3. Competition Venue The Venue that will stage all the competition and training is: Oddanesand Camping Number of courts: 4 Warm-up courts: 2 Oddaneveien 73, 3296 Nevlunghavn, Norway 4. Financial matters Each participating team will cover their own travel cost from the port of entry to the venue and the return journey. Price Money: 2500 Euros per gender Registration fee: 100 Euros to be paid to the organizer Payment for each participating team should be made by June 22 nd to Promoter Beach R Us AS. The organizer will send emails to the National Federations of those teams who still have not paid the registration fee!
6. Registration and communication Teams to register through their National Federation in the VIS system. See regulations (will be uploaded soon) and entry list on our website: https://www.facebook.com/events/193486114614305/ 7. Deadlines Registration deadline is Wednesday June 13 th Payment to Promoter by latest Friday June 22 nd 8. Competition Schedule The competition format is Double Elimination. The competition schedule will be released after the Preliminary Inquiry. NB! Matches will begin at 09.00 on Thursday 28 June. Finals will be played on Saturday 30 June at 16.00 (women) and 17.00 (men). 9. Technical Meeting/Preliminary Inquiry There will be no Technical Meeting. Preliminary Inquiry will be electronic. Players need to confirm their participation latest Wednesday June 27 th at 14.00 to hoidalenbvegard@yahoo.com with a copy to post@volleyball.no If the participation is NOT confirmed, then the team will be removed from the list of confirmed teams. The organizer will send an email to the National Federations where teams have still not confirmed their participation. Uniforms: The organizers will not have uniforms for the teams Each team must bring 2 sets of uniforms to the competition (2 different colors) to the Technical Meeting for approval. Uniforms must have numbers 1 and 2 Payment: Teams must bring a copy of paid registrations fee to the tournament 10. Refereeing There will be 12 International and National referees. All matches will be led by the International and National referees.
