Unless otherwise advised, competitors can regard their entries as having been accepted, but the Campdraft Super Series committee will in no way be responsible for non receipt of entries. 6. In the event of excess nominations, restrictions may apply. 7. Owners of horses must, when nominating, state the order in which they wish their horses to compete. All horses starting from number one (1) must follow correct order. Failure to observe this condition will result in the possibility of your horse being disqualified. Any changes must be decided on by the disputes committee. 8. The competition will consist of two full rounds, one run each day, after which the top thirty (30) competitors will go through to the final. 9. An eligible substitute horse will be allowed when the nominated horse cannot start. The name of the substitute horse MUST be in the hands of the Secretary no less than one (1) hour before the start of the first round (earlier if possible would be appreciated). 10. Competitors under the age of 18 must wear helmets whilst mounted on a horse. Helmets must comply with current safety standards and be securely fastened under the chin at all times. 11. Cancelled or withdrawn entries must be made via Campdraft Central or given to the Secretary. A 100% refund of the entry fee will be given if the competitor withdraws more than seven days prior to 8 am on the morning of the first round. Seven days before and up to 8 am on the day prior to the start of the first round a levy of $50 will be retained to cover administration costs and stock levy. If a competitor withdraws within 24 hours of the start of the first round (Thursday 24 th ) the full entry will be retained unless a veterinary/medical certificate is provided and/or there are extenuating circumstances in which case a levy of $50 will be retained to cover administration costs and stock levy. Scratchings and any changes must be made in writing to the Secretary. 12. Stallions must be double tied or enclosed by panels. After dark stallions must have two forms of restraint. 13. Due to the limited area available for camping, only horses competing in the campdraft are permitted on the grounds unless prior arrangements are made with the committee. 14. All dogs must be restrained at all times at their camp. Chains are to be no longer than one (1) metre in length. No dogs allowed in public areas. Any dog found unrestrained will be removed from the grounds. 15. Prize money will be paid within 10 working days. 16. Please note that all scratching and refunds will not be processed until after the conclusion of the event and will be transferred directly to competitors. 17. Whilst it is not compulsory, the CSS Committee strongly encourages riders to wear safety helmets. 18. Please ensure syringes are disposed of correctly. 19. Schedules and forms are available from Bill Bright, phone 0419 761 786 20. The decision of the Campdraft Super Series committee, on all matters pertaining or incidental to the competition shall be final and conclusive and binding on all nominations for the competition and in addition, the Committee reserves unto itself the right, at any time, without being liable for any loss or damage which may be sustained, to alter or postpone the date of the competitions or cancel the same or change the venue of the competition. The Committee reserves the right to limit nominations. 21. Any competitor who wishes to lodge a complaint must lodge the complaint in writing with the Campdraft Secretary within one (1) hour of the incident taking place. A fee of $50 must be lodged with the complaint. If the complaint is dismissed by the Committee, the $50 is forfeited. 22.
